Square feet is much better predictor of house market value, since the coefficient of determination
is upwards of 50%, i.e., square footage explains more than 50% of variation in home market values.

Age, on the other hand, is not nearly as good a predictor of house value, since the coefficient of
determination is around 10%, i.e., age explains only about 10% of variation in home market values.

Further, the significance of the age slope of \$1,570 should be tested for significance. If significant,
this value would imply that for each additional year in age, the house market value, on average,
goes up by about 15 hundred dollars. Also, there are only 4 distance values for the age variable:
27 & 28 on the "low" end, and 32 & 33, on the "high" end. So, if the relationship is significant,
its basically saying that "older" houses are, on average, slightly more valuable than "newer" ones.
