Role: Implementation Project Manager (Contractor)

With Verizon Business, was responsible for the implementation of eBonding interface of Verizon’s
ticketing system with its customers. Currently managing following customers including Cargill,
Norfolk Southern, GM, and USPS. I have completed eBonding implementation for Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, ING, GE, Royal Bank of Scotland, Cisco, Warner Brother, LG, Johnson Controls, NTT
and A&P Tea.

    Create detailed Implementation project plan for each assigned customers and get approval
       from the customer. Update the project plan and escalate if the project timeline is not
       going to be met.
    Was involved in High level architecture review and estimation review. Gather requirement

EDS Commercial Cards System offers a vast expanse of business, corporate, purchasing, and fleet
card services, including billing, and reporting, to help companies control business expenses.

    As a Project Manager, was responsible to Mentor, motivate and lead a team of 39
       developers to achieve project and individual goals with project revenue of $2 million per
       year. Principal interface between the customer, the project team, and internal/external
       partners participating on the project.
    Manage project scope, track budget, facilitate resource allocations, task assignments,
       project management deliverables, project plans, timelines, and success criteria to fulfill
       customer requirements on schedule and within budget so that milestones are met.
