                     President and CEO, Grand Korea Leisure Co., Limited (GKL)
                         Kwon Oh Nam is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Grand Korea Leisure Co.,
                     Limited (GKL) - a young enterprise aiming to lead innovative casino business in the 21st
                     Century. With the Korea Tourism Organization as its major shareholder, GKL was established
                     under a new initiative of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to permit new licenses for
                     casino business dedicated for foreign tourists. Under Mr. Kwon’s leadership, he invested most of
                     his efforts in establishing a credible reputation for his casinos that earn good and clean foreign
                     money for the country at a difficult time. The strategy turned out to be effective as GKL’s
                     flagship brand, the Seven Luck Casino, with branches in Korea at Seoul Gangnam, Millenium
                     Seoul Hilton and Busan Lotte, expanded its offices in Macao and Japan. His success can be
                     accounted to his numerous leadership experiences being Vice President of the New York/ North
                     America KOTRA and Korea International Exhibition Center in 2002 and 2003 respectively. He
                     was also the CEO of Seoul Business Agency in 2004 and Nationwide Small and Medium
                     Enterprise Center in 2006. With a bachelors degree in German Language and Literature at the
                     Korea University and masters degree at the Seoul National University Graduate School of
                     Administration, Mr. Kwon continues to share his support and involvement in the academe as he
                     was also recognized as a visiting professor of National Kangnung University in 2008 in 2009, he
                     was awarded Honorary Chairman of Korea Convention Sciences Society. His achievements
                     earned him several leadership awards such as The Outstanding Business Achievements by the
                     Korea Newspaper in 2006, best Performance by Korea Federation of Small and Medium
                     Business in 2007 and Outstanding Achievements in promotion and development of tourism by
                     the Korea Tourism Association in 2009.
                     JEFFREY EVORA
                     Vice President, Resort World Manila
                        Jeffrey Evora is the Vice President of Marketing at Resorts World Manila – touted as the
                     largest casino and most exciting newcomer in the field of leisure and entertainment in the
                     Philippines today.
                        A no amateur to the gaming and tourism industry, he brings with him 15 years of experience
                     of increasing revenues and profits in local, regional, Native American, riverboat, and
                     mega-resort casino operations. Prior to his present post, Mr. Evora worked his way up the
                     executive ladder earning vast knowledge and multi-faceted experience from various hotels and
                     resort properties , starting off as an auditor with Hyatt Regency, Maui; a casino analyst at
                     Flamingo, Las Vegas; marketing manager of Lady Luck Gaming Corporation; Director of
                     Marketing of Boyd gaming and Horseshoe Gaming Holdings Corporation.
                        At Harrah’s Entertainment, he was a Director of Casino Marketing, then the Director of
                     Asian Communications. He was the Executive Director of Marketing at Seneca Niagara Casino
                     and Hotel until he took up his present post with Resort World Manila.
                        He earned his business degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the University
                     of Phoenix, Arizona.
                     MICHAEL CHEN
                     President, Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc.
                        MICHAEL CHEN is the President of Asia for Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., the largest
                     gaming entertainment company in the world as measured by number of resorts, profitability,
                     revenues and employees. Harrah’s plays host to more than 100 million guests a year. Chen is
                     responsible for the conceptualization and development of Harrah’s businesses in Asia. He has
                     led Harrah’s entry into Asia with the acquisition of Orient (Macau) Golf Club. Prior to his
                     current role, Chen was a Corporate Director and Executive Associate to the Chairman, President
                     and CEO of Harrah’s where he worked closely with the CEO, Gary Loveman, on strategic
                     projects. This work included the evaluation of online and mobile business opportunities related
                     to the World Series of Poker and the development of HLT’s Asia strategy. Prior to joining
                     Harrah’s in 2005. Chen was the Founder and CEO of Enkata Technologies, Inc. – a leading
                     enterprise performance management software company focused and enabling major
                     service-intensive enterprises to better deliver customer service and drive enhanced loyalty. The
                     concept of Enkata was inspired by the Service Profit Chain, a business methodology
                     championed by Gary Loveman, chairman and CEO of Harrah’s. Chen founded the company in
                     1999. Since it founding, Enkata has received numerous awards and has been deployed at
                     companies such as JP Morgan Chase, United Healthcare, CIGNA, Aetna, Accenture and Mellon

Undersecretary, Department of Tourism, Philippines
    Oscar Palabyab is the Department of Tourism Undersecretary for Tourism Services and
Regional Offices in the Philippines. Appointed by no other than the President, her Excellency
Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, in March 2001, Atty. Palabyab has played different roles not only in
the development and growth of Philippine Tourism, but also as a formidable officer for tourism
development in Asia.
    Before his successful stint as the undersecretary of DOT, he jump-started his career from
prominent law offices and multinational companies. These included the position of Associate
Attorney from 1974 to 1986 at Pefianco & Associates; Senior Partner of Cruz Palabyab Llorin &
Associates from 1986 until 2001, and Legal Consultant to Mitsubishi Corporation from 1986 to

Philippines, his solid educational background and impressive track record prepared him to hold
several positions in the industry where his wide range of expertise certainly suits the role.

Tourism Cluster, Philippines; Alternate Commissioner for Commission on Maritime and Ocean

    He is an active member of various professional, social, civic and sports organizations not only
in the Philippines but in the Asean Region. He is currently the Chairman of the Asean Tourism
Marketing Taskforce since 2005, Head of ASEAN NTO, Vice-Chairman of ATF Davao 2006
Organizing Committee and a member of the High Level Task Force on the Formulation
    A recipient of numerous awards and citations, Atty. Palabyab is likewise a stellar resource
speaker in various local and international fora.
President, Asia Pacific Projects, Inc.
   Narzalina Z. Lim is President of Asia Pacific Projects, Inc., (APPI) a tourism and hospitality
consulting company based in the Philippines, which specializes in tourism strategic planning,
marketing representation, training, and feasibility study preparation. APPI has prepared
tourism plans and strategies for Yunnan and Sichuan Province, China and the Greater Mekong
Subregion (GMS) which includes Cambodia, China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The company also conducts skills training programs in hospitality and travel and represents the
Macau Government Tourist Office in the Philippines.
   In 2007, APPI prepared the Metro Iloilo-Guimaras Integrated Tourism Strategy and Action
Plan which was funded by AusAid’s Philippines-Australia Local Governance Development
Program. Ms. Lim was the Team Leader of that project which was completed in 2008.
   Ms. Lim served as Secretary of Tourism under Pres. Corazon Aquino and Pres. Fidel V           .
Ramos. Before her appointment as Secretary, she was Undersecretary for Policy, Planning and

Deputy Chief, Investigations Division, Nevada Gaming Control Board
   Deputy Chief John Flynn is a 26 year veteran of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. John
holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Nevada,
Las Vegas and obtained his certificate as a Certified Public Accountant.
   John started his career in public accounting and then joined the Gaming Control Board’s
Audit Division in 1984. After two years of service in the Audit Division, John moved to the
Investigations Division and has served there in various capacities for more than 23 years.
   For many years, John was responsible for conducting field investigations and for the oversight
of agents involved in the investigative process. These assignments ranged from simple key
employees to complex foreign investigations, and covered issues relating to personal
backgrounds, criminal activity, and complex financial structures. John’s investigative
assignments have taken him throughout the United States and to Canada, Europe, The United
Kingdom, Japan, and South Africa.
   Currently, John is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring administrative

                     functions for the Investigations Division. This includes development and instruction of training
                     programs; coordination of Information Technology needs; analysis and development of
                     investigative and administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls; and budget and
                     productivity analyses. John is also a member of the Gaming Control Board’s computer forensics
                        John has been involved in numerous training and educational programs in the area of
                     financial and background investigations. John has developed orientation and in-service training
                     programs for the Gaming Control Board, and has made presentations before various groups.
                     These include high school government classes, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners,
                     State of California Department of Justice, International Gaming Institute seminars hosted by
                     the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and the 2009 Asian GEM Gaming Congress and
                     Exhibition in Manila, Philippines.

                     Publisher, Global Gaming Business
                         Roger Gros is editor of Casino Connection and co-publisher of Global Gaming Business, the
                     industry’s leading gaming trade publication. Prior to joining Global Gaming Business, Gros was
                     president of Inlet Communications, an independent consulting firm. He was vice president of
                     Casino Journal from 1984-2000, and held virtually every editorial title during his tenure. Gros
                     was editor of Casino Journal, the National Gaming Summary and the Atlantic City Insider, and
                     was the founding editor of Casino Player magazine. He was a co-founder of the American
                     Gaming Summit and the Southern Gaming Summit conferences and trade shows. He is the
                     aithor of the best-selling book, How to Win at Casino Gambling (Carlton Brooks 1995), now on

                     President & CEO, Sands China Ltd.
                        Steve Jacobs is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sands China Ltd. Mr. Jacobs has
                     been President-Macau of Las Vegas Sands Corp. (“LVS”) from May 2009 and has worked with
                     LVS since March 2009. From 1994 through 2008, he served as the President and CEO of the
                     Vagus Group Inc (“VGI”), an international management services company specializing in travel
                     and hospitality. Through VGI, Mr. Jacobs assumed a variety of senior executive roles in
                     companies including Louvre Hotels, U.S. Franchise Systems, Hyatt and Best Western
                     International. He holds a Bachelor of Art from Harvard University and was appointed as
                     executive Director on August 18, 2009 of Sand’s China Ltd.

                        Lerner has spent 14 years on Wall Street in sell side research. Most recently, Managing
                     Director and Senior Gaming & Lodging analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities. This followed ten
                     years at Prudential Securities and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. Lerner has been recognized by
                     Institutional Investor as part of its "All American Research Team" and Wall Street Journal's
                     "Best of the Street." Lerner has an MBA from Boston University and a BA from Syracuse. He is
                     a Nevada Cancer Institute board member serving on the finance and development committees.
                     He lives in Las Vegas with his wife and three children.
                     JONATHAN GALAVIZ

                     large multinational corporations, he has consulted on multi-billion dollar real estate
                     developments in international markets with a focus on integrated resort development. He has
                     been a leading advisor on international joint venture formation and has managed these
                     consortium with a particular expertise in Asia. Jonathan has significant cultural and business

Mandalay Resort Group (now MGM-Mirage) as a Las Vegas, Nevada based Senior Project
Analyst within the corporate group focused on strategy and technology initiatives; he left in
2002 to found an independent consulting practice that would eventually evolves into Globalysis.
Mr. Galaviz holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford
(England)-Said Business School.
Managing Director Macau, Spectrum OSO Asia
    Mr. MacKillop is a Managing Director of Macau, Spectrum OSO Asia and has been resident
in Asia for much of the past 40 years. He has more than 23 years service as a senior police officer
in Hong Kong, specializing in organized and serious crimes and has led investigations into some
of Hong Kong’s most infamous murder cases. His police service culminated in the position of
Commander of the Anti-Smuggling Task Force in command of police, customs and military
personnel, investigating and combating Hong Kong/China cross border smuggling. Norman is an
English Barrister and spent 5 years prosecuting and defending in the civil and criminal courts at
all levels, including Murder, Proceeds of Crime Act, International Credit Card Fraud and civil
litigation. He also has extensive gaming industry experience, including probity investigations,
due diligence, and compliance auditing and has held positions including Senior Regulatory
Inspector and legal advisor to the CEO at the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and
Director of Investigations at a leading USA gaming and leisure corporation in Macau. Mr.
MacKillop is fluent in Cantonese. In addition to law degrees, he holds a Criminal Justice Studies
Master's degree from Exeter University. In his current role he has conducted extensive reviews
of the gaming industry in Asia and in particular, the junket industry.

   Peter is a member of the Corporate Office Executive for Galaxy Entertainment Group, where
he has responsibility for the Group investment related activities. He has over 20 years of
investment experience having worked with a number of Investment Funds in both Asia and
   Galaxy Entertainment Group holds a gaming concession in Macau, the world’s largest and
fastest growing gaming market. Galaxy is authorized to carry out casino games of chance in
Macau which is the only legal gaming location in China.
   Galaxy owns and operates StarWorld Hotel and Casino — a luxury 5-Star property located
on the Macau peninsula, and operates four CityClub Casinos in Macau. The Group is well
positioned for long-term growth on the Macau peninsula and in Cotai where the Group is
developing the Galaxy Macau resort which is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2011.
President & COO, Philippine Amusement & Gaming Corp.
   Rafael Butch Francisco is President & Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board
of Directors of the Philippine Amusement & Gaming Corporation or PAGCOR, the Philippines’
second largest contributor of revenue after the Tax Authority. PAGCOR is a government owned
and controlled corporation established in 1976, created to regulate and operate games of chance
with casino gaming in particular. Butch, as he is called by family and friends, has a
baccalaureate degree in liberal arts from Manila’s top university, De La Salle University, and a
post-baccalaureate diploma in Human Resource Development from Manila’s top graduate
school, Ateneo de Manila University, in partnership with ARTDO-Asia Pacific Training &
Development Organization. He has also completed his Executive Development Program in
Casino Gaming Management at the University of Nevada, Reno, USA.
   As COO, he oversees PAGCOR’s 13 casinos.
   He has been a prime mover of PAGCOR’s Entertainment City in the Manila Bay area right
from the start, and defended PAGCOR’s casino franchise renewal for another 25 years in
Congress, which expired in 2008.
   Butch is also an active global community service volunteer/leader as a past Governor of
Rotary International. He has authored a book entitled “(A)Musings in the Life of a Rotarian”
which has been positively reviewed as a must-read book at how Rotarians can lead the way to
change the world, one positive act at a time.
   He is married to Elizabeth Francisco and they have one son, Rafael Jr.

                     MICHAEL BOETTCHER
                     President & CEO, Storm International

                        Michael Boettcher started his casino career as a trainee dealer at Charlie Chesters casino in
                     London some 35 years ago. He subsequently worked in various casinos in different countries
                     including Iran, the Bahamas and the United States before returning to London in 1988 where he
                     eventually started the rebirth of the independent gaming school at the British Gaming
                     Academy in Leicester Square. His inexperience in the business world at that time forced him into
                     voluntary liquidation but the lessons learned stood him in good stead and by the time he arrived
                     in Russia in 1992 he was ready to embark on the adventure that was to become STORM
                     International. STORM now has over 5,000 employees and its ranked as the leader in both table
                     games and slot operations in the former Soviet Union. Shangri-La casino, in Moscow’s Pushkin
                     square, the heart of the city, is the flagship of the six complexes to date and SuperSlots, which
                     STORM owns and operates with its partners, now has over 25 locations and 3,000 slot machines.
                     Future expansion is well into the planning stages, including further casinos and slot operations
                     both inside and outside Russia.

                     KEN JOLLY

                        Ken Jolly has truly had global experience in the gaming industry. He started his gaming
                     career over 30 years ago in New South Wales. He has spent the last 16 years working in
                     international markets after a technical, sales and management career in Australia. One of Mr
                     Jolly’s achievements in Australia was the successful launch of Aristocrat into the then new start
                     up market of South Australia as its State Manager. Mr Jolly’s international roles have included
                     the General Manager of New Zealand, Vice President of Sales, Service & Marketing in the
                     Americas (North, South America & Canada), General Manager of Sales and Marketing for all of
                     Europe. His most recent role before joining Aruze was General Manager of Asia Pacific where Mr
                     Jolly established the Asia head office in Macau for Aristocrat, gaining major market share in all
                     Asian legal jurisdictions during these 6 years. Mr Jolly joined Aruze in December 2009 as
                     Executive Vice President & General Manager and will be a pivotal member of Aruze Gaming’s
                     senior management team and will be responsible for new business and strategic development as
                     well as achieving the company’s international objectives. He oversees all aspects of technical,
                     operational, and sales functions including financial responsibility for revenue of the regions. Mr
                     Jolly’s main focus is to leverage the company’s penetration across markets and ensure Aruze
                     Gaming’s success across the regions. Tackling and withstanding a lot of tough challenges, Mr
                     Jolly attributes his success to being himself as well as being honest and straightforward,
                     open-mined and innovative. Mr Jolly is a forward-thinker with highly developed diplomatic,
                     verbal, quality and negotiation skills. He is firmly dedicated to establishing Aruze’s leading
                     market position.

                     DAVID PUNTER

                        David Punter was appointed General Manager – Asia Pacific effective 18th December 2009.
                        David has 16 years experience in the Gaming industry and has worked at Aristocrat in
                     various Sales and Marketing roles over the past 10 years.
                        During this time, David held positions as a Sales Executive and Regional Marketing
                     Manager heading up Marketing in New South Wales. More recently he was appointed Marketing
                     Director for Asia Pacific driving Aristocrat products to be the market leader in the region for the
                     past four years. Immediately prior to joining Aristocrat David was in Hotel Management.
                        David holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from The University of Newcastle.

Vice President for International Systems Business , IGT

   Neil Crossan is the Vice President for International Systems Business of IGT since January
2009. He started his career in the gaming industry in 1990. After decades of career
achievements, his experience had led him to key management positions with Casino Magic in
Greece and Sun International, South Africa.
   Succeeding further in his career, he became a part of the Progressive Gaming International
in October 2000, holding the positions of Managing Director in Europe until August 2002. In
2003, he became Vice President and General Manager Systems worldwide, before being
appointed to the position of Executive Vice President of International Division of Progressive
Gaming. Prior to his roles with PGIC, Mr. Crossan held a Regional Sales role with IGT in

Director, Austrian Gaming Industries GMBH

   Englishman David Orrick is the Communication and Business Development Director of
Austrian Gaming Industries, GmbH, part of the Novomatic Group of Companies and has 15
years experience of the casino and gaming industry. He is also Communications Director of
Novomatic’s UK subsidiary company Austria Games Limited. He came to the gaming industry
after a highly successful career as a professional sportsman, as a navigator in rallies across the
world and as a motorsport journalist, He came into the gaming industry during 1994, first as
editor of World’s Fair Publications ’Euroslot’ magazine and then as the founder of Casino
International. In late 1997 David left World’s Fair to become International Communications
Manager for Spanish slot machine manufacturer Recreativos Franco, S.A. and continued the
Spanish theme when he was recruited by Unidesa Gaming and Systems (a member company of
the Cirsa Group) in 1999 as Director of Communications. He took up his present position with
Novomatic in January 2007 and has since spearheaded AGI’s expansion into Asian markets,
with particular emphasis of the development of gaming in the Philippines. He became a founder
member of the Euro-Asia Co-operation on gaming Association (ECG) and is fully supportive of
the initiative of PAGCOR Chairman Efraim Genuino in creating self sustaining wealth,
employment and prosperity through the responsible development of the gaming industry. David
Orrick brings a wealth of gaming industry knowledge, experience and skills in licensing and
territory development to add to his unique knowledge of publishing and journalism and is an
eloquent supporter of gaming’s place within the wider entertainment industry as a socially
responsible employment and wealth provider. He was educated at Kendal Grammar School and
the University of Salford, lives in the English Lake District with partner Ruth and is a former
board member of the European Gaming Organisation (EGO), member of the Institute of
Journalists and: British Society of Magazine Editors, lifetime member of Guild of Motoring
Writers and five times winner of the International Casino Exhibition Media Award.

   Govertsen has spent six years on Wall Street as a gaming analyst. While supporting research
coverage in Deutsche Bank’s gaming platform with Lerner, he has recently expanded his
coverage universe to become lead analyst of the Lifestyle Brands / Leisure Products sector. Prior
to joining Deutsche Bank, Govertsen worked at several boutique economic consulting firms
where he had primary responsibility for feasibility and market studies related to gaming and real
estate developments. He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand’s Financial Advisory Services
group with a focus on securities litigation support.
