					WHO ARE WE?
The Australian Traffic Network is the leading supplier of “Premium Information”
through Traffic Reports on over 70 Commercial Radio Stations within Australia and News
on the Austereo and ARN Metropolitan group of Radio Stations as well as 2UE and 2SM Sydney 2HD, NewFM and FM104.

Traffic Reports are heard on 100% of Metropolitan Radio Stations Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth
as well as ABC News Radio and ABC Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra.

The commercials are 10 seconds in duration all within a Premium environment.

In looking to move our product beyond Radio, we commenced supplying Traffic Reports to Channel 10 in Sydney
(now Melbourne and Brisbane also) for their 5pm News in 2003.

As of February 2005 ATN commenced supplying Traffic Reports also to Channel 7’s Sunrise (5 per morning) and the
Today Show (from September 2006).

Our Radio affiliates take our reports primarily in Breakfast and Drive which are the 2 prime listening sessions
with a fewer taking reports through the day.

Our Commercial Radio Share of Voice is 95% and above!

HOW DO WE WORK?
The commercials are 10 seconds in duration running seamlessly off the back of the Traffic Report
or embedded within the News bulletin.

It’s the place on “your” radio dial that you don’t switch.....if the News is on “your” Station at 7am...it’s on them all!

Traffic spots are “live” and recorded spots run primarily in the News.

Our Radio affiliates take our reports primarily in Breakfast and Drive which are the 2 prime listening sessions
with a few taking reports through the day (MIX, WSFM, 2GB and 2UE Sydney for example.)

BEYOND RADIO
In looking to move our product beyond Radio, we commenced supplying Traffic Reports to

the Today Show Traffic Reports from September 2006.

There are sponsorship opportunities with all, 7 and 9 offering the only “live” read opportunity on television.

HOW MANY WORDS?
Each Message is 10 seconds in duration which is equivalent to 25-30 words.
If you write to 25 words you won’t go wrong.

Copy may be tailored by market, by day or even by demographic of Station.

Keep the copy simple.

Tell the message you want to get across.

Don’t put in too much information – if it doesn’t fit in one script, write two.
Sunrise copy is 8 seconds.

Copy deadline is 5pm Tuesday week prior.
