HMS is the Hospital Management System. It has six modules. The main
function of HMS is to handle the Administration, Drug Store, Lab, Services, Inpatient
and Out patient. This is based purely on the process of relationship between patients
and hospital. The functionality (operations) done by this Project is mainly inpatient
and out patient records.
HMS has six modules. They are

DESCRIPTION OF THE MODULES
In Administration module, the admin/employee can maintain patient
registration, Employee Management, Payrolls of employees and Patient Billing and
equipment details. Patient Master maintains the information about the patient like
Patient Name, Patient Id, and Contact Address etc…. . Employee Master maintains
the information about the Employees of the hospital whether he is a Doctor or an
Employee. If he is a Doctor then his details about the Doctor Services in which his
visiting timings whether in house or visiting doctor and consultation charges are
maintained. If he is an Employee then it maintains the information about the
particular Employee. Pay Master maintains the details about the salaries of the
employees. Equipment details maintain the information about the all equipment in
the Hospital. Administrator can create the user accounts and manage the passwords.
Drug Store Module:
In Drug Stores, the details of the Suppliers, Drugs, Purchases and Sales. In
Suppliers the details about the Supplier like Supplier Name, Supplier Id, Contact
Address etc…. are maintained. In this Form we can add the Drugs a particular
supplier is supplying. Product Master Maintains the Information about the Drugs like
Product Id, Product Name, Specification, Manufacturer name etc…. are maintained.
Purchase Master maintains the details about the Purchases made like Purchase Id,
Purchase Date, Supplier name, Drug details etc….. are maintained.
In Service Module, the details of the wards, rooms, doctor services, diseases,
diagnosis etc… Ward Form maintains the information about Ward like Name of the
ward and Charges. Depending up on the Ward charge will considered. Each ward
contains the Rooms. Rooms Form maintains the information about the Rooms like
Room number, No. of Beds. Rooms may be the AC or Non AC. Depending up on
Rooms type charge will considered. Doctor Services Form maintains the information
about the Doctor Details like Doctor Name, Specialization, Service Type, Timings and
Consultation Charges. Consultation Charges considered on type of diseases,
treatment has given by the Doctor. Diagnosis Form maintains the information about
the Diagnosis Details like Diagnosis Names and Description about that particular
Diagnosis. Diagnosis Field Form maintains the information like Diagnosis Filed,
Diagnosis Name, and Units. Depending up on Units of particular Diagnosis details,
Doctor will provide the Description.
In Lab Module, the details of the test category, test, test fields, prescription
test, lab payments, lab report details, etc… Test categories Form maintain the
information like Test Category Names & description. Description will be given
depending on Test Category. Test service details Form maintain the information like
Test names and Charges. According to the Tests Charge will be given. Test Field
details Form maintains the information like field names, reference ranges and units.
Depending up on Reference range & Units, Description will be given. Prescription
tests form maintains the prescription ID, patient names, Doctor Names and in this
we can add the prescribed tests for that particular patient. These prescribed tests are
displayed in the label. Lab payment details form maintains the report IDs, dates, and
in this lab payment details we are displaying the all the patient names depending up
on that prescription ID. And displaying the charges for that particular test. Lab
report details form maintains the patient names, Doctor Names, date, age depending
up on that particular report ID. And in this form we can display the field names,
units, reference ranges depending up on that test names.
In Patient Module:
In patient Module, the details of the in patient admission, in patient diagnosis,
prescription drugs, room transfer, discharge summary etc…. Inpatient Admission
Form maintains the information like Patient Name, Date of Admission, Ward, Room,
Bed No, disease Description etc…. Patient may be Existed/New. Depending up on
Patient type the Charge and Treatment will considered. Inpatient Diagnosis Form
maintains the information like Patient Names, Doctor Names, and Diagnosis Names.
Units will be given depending up on Diagnosis Name. Depending up on Units of
particular Diagnosis the Description will be given by the Doctor. Inpatient
Prescription Drugs Form maintains the Patient Names, Doctor Names, Date and
Drugs Prescribed. Doctor will give the timings of the Drugs Prescribed. Room
Transfer Form maintains the information like Inpatient Names, Room nos, Ward nos,
Bed nos, and date of changed. Depending up on Doctor Advice or Patient advice the
room will be changed. Discharge Summery form maintains the information like Date,
Patient Name and in charge Doctor. According to the Condition of Discharge Patient
should be discharged. Charge will consider on Duration of Stay.
Out Patient Module:
Out Patient Module, the details of the Appointments, Out Patient
prescription drugs, Out Patient Diagnosis etc…. .Appointments Form maintains the
information like Patient Names, Doctor Timings, and Appointment Number.
Depending up on Doctor Timings the Appointment should be given to Patient.
Outpatient Diagnosis Form maintains the information like Patient Names, Doctor
Names, and Diagnosis Names. Units will be given depending up on Diagnosis Name.
Depending up on Units of particular Diagnosis the Description will be given by the
Doctor. Outpatient Prescription Drugs Form maintains the Patient Names, Doctor
Names, Date and Drugs Prescribed. Doctor will give the timings of the Drugs
“Deals” is a web based product. The deal stands for the posting or displaying
the product in the deals site. The main aim of this product is to provide online
information of different products with their discount prices etc….In this product all
products which are meeting the customer requirements are displayed. Variety of
products will be displayed and customer can have the knowledge of all the products
by staying before the computer itself.
By using this site, the registered users can post the deals from other websites
to deals site. When a person enters the deals site then, the deal of the current days
is displayed by default with their information. The customer can know more
information/buy the products by clicking the link provided for each deal.
The daily change of displaying items and advertisements in the site are taken
care by the administrator side. The admin can post a deal, View feedback’s
submitted by users and delete registered users.
Deals are divided into two modules. They are

DESCRIPTION OF THE MODULES
Module Name: Administration
In this module admin can enter into the form through login page. After entering the
page admin can do the manipulations by the clicking of side navigations. When
clicking the home link it displays the admin home page. It is a static page. In
manage password page admin can change their passwords. In category page he can
do the manipulations by the clicking of options. When clicking the category first time
it displays all the categories in grid.Admin add the categories by the clicking of add
category link and saving the categories. Admin can search the categories by the
clicking of search category link. In this page enter the category name in text box
then click the search button. After clicking the search button if categories are there it
displaying the grid otherwise it displays the message.Admin can update and delete
the categories by the options. When clicking the back link it displays the previous
In post a deal page he can do the manipulations by the clicking of options.
When clicking the post a deal link it displays all the deals in grid.Admin can add a
deal by the clicking of add link. In this page enter all the fields and click save button.
If admin want to search the deals through search link. In this page enter the title in
text box and click the search button.Admin can view the deals, update the deals and
delete the deals from the grid. In view registered users page displays the all the
existing register users names, phone no’s, registered date and status.Admin can
update and delete the registered user’s information through the options. In feed
back page displaying the username, subject, description of deals and feedback
date.Admin can delete the feed back information by the clicking of delete button. In
this page when clicking the back link it displays the home page. After competing the
all these operations he can logout by the clicking of logout link.
This site will charge to the companies according to Number of days to be
posted or Number of clicks given by the existing users or by the days of achieving
when a deal is being posted.
Module Name: User
User can type the website name in address text field then click the button it
displays the deals home page. In this page user can view the today deals,
categories, list price, week days, post dates, ratings and no. of visited persons. By
the clicking of categories link the products information in particular category is
displayed. User can give the ratings for the particular product. User wants to know
the more information of that deal, click the more details link and see the information
about that deal. After clicking the back link it comes to the home page. In that page
no of visited persons can be increased. User can see the all the deals by the clicking
of view all link. In search field enter the text in text box then click go button it
displays the deals particular search criteria. If he is a registered user click the
register user/signup link, then enter the user name and password press login button.
After clicking the button he entered into the sign in page. If he is a new user click
the register user/signup link, then enter the fields click the register button. Before
entering all the fields give the user name and check the availability, he is a
registered user or not. When user forgot the password then click the send password
link enter the email and user name. It sent a password through mail, you can check
in your mail id.When user changes the password click the change password link
enters the fields, and then it will be changed password. In advance search page user
can enter the text in any one field it displays the result by search criteria. In this
page user can search deals by the category wise, price and dates.
User enters into the home page displaying the bookmark us tell a friend and
feedback link. After clicking the bookmark us link user can enter the address in name
and click ok button. It should be added into the favorites in menu bar. User can send
a mail to the friends about this websites. Any one should send a mail to friends about
this site. User can send a feed back about this site or about deals through feedback
link. In advance search page user can see the zero deals by the clicking of zero deals
link in sign in page register user can do the same operations and user can
post a deal to this site. In register user page when clicking post a deal displays the
deals information in grid. If user can do the any manipulations in that page. When
clicking the logout button user come out the sign in page.
