Gas well appraisal, Miller report

Report commissioned by Stevens County Commission prepared by Richard J. Miller and Associates evaluating the methodology used to determine the value of gas wells in Southwest Kansas for property tax purposes. Method examined by Miller is used by Tom Fuhrmann and Landmark Appraisal. Report concludes that appraisal method is, "not correct or appropriate."
