Sponsored by the California Institute of Environmental September 11, 2011 Design & Management (CIEDM), University of the West and 12 Noon Athens Services, the orange trees were planted as part of a work program in support of the United Nation’s declaration of 2011, the Rosemead Civic Center Plaza “International Year of the Forests”, an ongoing effort to promote 8838 E.
