The property described herein below.

The unpaid portion of the purchase price bears interest at the rate of twelve (12) percent per annum from
the date of sale. When the purchase price is paid the deed will be delivered.

together with said Unit’s respective undivided percentage interest in the common elements of The
Village at Wildwood Condominiums appurtenant to said Unit. Said Unit’s interest in the Class I
Limited Common Elements Class II Limited Common Elements of The Village at Wildwood
Condominiums Appurtenant to said Unit. All as defined and more fully described in said Master Deed.

Being the same property conveyed to James R. Woolbright, married, by General Warranty Deed dated
July 27, 2006, recorded in Deed Book 8879, Page 522, in the Office of the Jefferson County Clerk,
Kentucky.

          Indivisible
          Amount to be raised - $109,336.88 plus costs
          Purchaser shall deposit $5,000.00. The required deposit shall be made by cash, certified check
or money order at time of sale. If the deposit is not made immediately, the Commissioner shall reject the
bid and resell the property forthwith. The rejected bidder shall be prohibited from further bid on that
property.

Said real estate shall be sold free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and interest of the parties hereto,
except sold subject to: A) Easements, restrictions and stipulations of record affecting said property; B)
Any matters disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the property; C) Any assessment for public
improvements levied against the property. Provided, however, neither plaintiff, the commissioner nor the
Court shall be deemed to have warranted title of said real estate to the purchaser.
