General Objectives:

         1. Implement the mentoring program in Manamoc Elementary School daily for at least 36 minutes.
         2. Enhance a positive social and psychological environment through a successful mentoring program.


Specific Objectives:

         1.   Assist 5 mentees in the program implementation.
         2.   Engage learners/mentees progress in their communicative ability in a meaningful communication.
         3.   Learn English as a second language and use it effectively as a medium of instruction.
         4.   Develop the proficiency and competency level of all mentees/learners in our school.
         5.   Know the several types of communication strategies observable in inter-language.
