GTA TeleGuam Names Robert Haulbrook
President and Chief Executive Officer
New CEO brings extensive telecom, international business experience to Guam

TAMUNING, Guam--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--GTA TeleGuam announced today that its board of
directors has appointed Robert W. Haulbrook, Jr. as the company’s president and chief executive officer. This
appointment is effective immediately.
Haulbrook has nearly 30 years experience in all communications market segments including wireless, landline phone
services, and long distance, as well as digital television services both nationally and internationally. He has worked in
more than 10 international markets in Asia, Australia, South America, Central America, Caribbean, Europe, and

equity funds that own GTA TeleGuam.

Haulbrook was previously founder and CEO of Cellular Center LLC, a premier wireless phone retailer based in
Atlanta. He also served as chairman and CEO of Meteor Mobile Communications in Dublin, Ireland, as well as
general manager of Centennial Wireless in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Earlier in his career, Haulbrook held various
executive level positions spanning 20 years at BellSouth in the areas of telecom marketing, sales, product
development, yellow pages publishing, and strategic planning.

Since privatization, GTA TeleGuam has been a key driver for innovation and competition on Guam, resulting in
overall improved services and lower rates. GTA TeleGuam has introduced many new services and products to the
island, including the launch of a wireless GSM network, BlackBerry and iPhone, and 100 percent digital television.
More recently, GTA TeleGuam upgraded its wireless network with 4G technology.
Haulbrook, his wife, Delaine, and daughter, Ansley, will relocate to Guam from Saint Simons Island, Georgia.
