    GYMNASTICS PROGRAM
      RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS, CHOREOGRAPHY, DANCE,
      FITNESS HOOPING, ROPE JUMPING … AND MORE !




The Summer Rhythmic Gymnastics Program was a big
success and we would like to continue this program into
the Fall of 2011 (with a possibility of extending into
Spring of 2012).
The proposed Fall Rhythmic Gymnastics program will be
in accordance with the USA Gymnastics Federation
guidelines and has been prepared by Katarzyna and
Jeffrey Ames who are Professional Members of USA
Gymnastics with USAG Coaching and Safety Certification.


The purpose of The Fall Rhythmic Gymnastics Program is
to help children from Coeur d’Alene develop positive
thinking   and   self-esteem,   self-motivation,   patience,
courage and goal setting. The health and safety of each
gymnast is our top concern.


Health benefits of the Rhythmic Gymnastics program:
Participation in recreational rhythmic gymnastics
strengthens bones and muscles, gives flexibility and
coordination and develops good posture and balance.
The goals of the Fall Rhythmic Gymnastics Program are to help children:
   -   Learn new skills
   -   Perform at their personal best
   -   Develop strength and flexibility
   -   Build friendships
   -   Deal with adversity


The Fall Rhythmic Gymnastics Program will include:


   1. Rhythmic gymnastics skills
   -   Physical fitness
   -   Endurance
   -   Training with apparatuses: Hoop, Ribbon, Rope, Ball, Clubs
   -   Flexibility
   2. Stretching
   3. Choreography
   4. Ballet
   5. Modern dance
   6. Native American Dance (Coeur d’Alene Tribal)
   7. Rope Jumping
   8. Fitness hooping

SCHEDULE:
Trainings: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
Program Hours: 5.30 pm – 7.30 pm
5.30 pm – 6.30 pm     Preschool and Primary school
6.30 pm – 7.30 pm     Middle & High school

First training September 20th

September 2011:
September 20th, 23rd, 27th, 29th, 30th
5 trainings for each group
Price for first participant: $35
Discount for 2nd family member– 25% (cost after
discount $25)
Discount for the 3rd and each additional family
member – 50% (cost after discount $17)

October 2011:
October 4th, 6th, 7th, 11th, 13th, 14th, 18th, 20th, 21st,
         25th, 27th, 28th
12 trainings for each group
Price for first participant: $70
Discount for 2nd family member - 25% (cost after
discount $50)
Discount for the 3rd and each additional family member - 50% (cost after discount $35)

November 2011:
November 1st, 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 15th, 17th, 18th, 22nd, 29th
10 trainings for each group
Price for first participant: $70
Discount for 2nd family member - 25% (cost after discount $50)
Discount for the 3rd and each additional family member - 50% (cost after discount $35)

December 2011:
December 1st, 2nd, 6th, 9th, 13th, 15th, 16th
7 trainings for each group
Christmas show, diplomas for participation in Rhythmic Gymnastics Fall Program
Price for first participant: $70
Discount for 2nd family member - 25% (cost after discount $50)
Discount for the 3rd and each additional family member - 50% per each (cost after discount $35)


One payment for all 4 months:

Special price for one-time payment of all 4 months (34 trainings), cost after discount: $200

Discounted Price for siblings:
Discount for 2nd family member - 25% (cost after discount $150)
Discount for the 3rd and each additional family member - 50% (cost after discount $100)
