SECTION 6.70.2 Request for Publishing/Copy Services



To request publishing/copy services, a Publications Requisition (PD-1) must be completed,
indicating clearly what type of publication work is desired.

The materials to be printed are sent to Publishing/Copy Center with the first two copies of the
Publications Requisition. The originator retains the third copy. Upon completion of printing,
the Publishing/Copy Center sends the printed copies and original(s) to the originator with the
second copy of the requisition.
