                                     Conclusion

The programme ,

 can be used to develop a model approach in terms of coordination,
collaboration and effective communication among all of the stakeholders
    involved in the redeployment process.
 will create better professional awareness of career options for highly qualified
workers – this will include working in other economic sectors, creating new
businesses or retraining into different occupations.
 will change the orientation of the qualified workforce - moving them away
from a contracting sector to potentially available and developing sectors.
 would enable the concept of the career centre to be tested. It could then
become a model for replication in other sectors and places.
 will provide the development of career management and job counseling
services will also be models which can be adapted and easily replicated in
    other Privatisation processes.
 will demonstrate, through actual results, that workers can be re-orientated to
different sectors where they can be successful.
                                                                                  27
