At the end of the six year term your Guaranteed Tranche Fund Series Two will be valued as the greater of: (i) (ii) the highest ever quarterly ‘locked-in’ value; or the final level of the dynamic basket.
At the start of the term there is an assumed lock-in value of 105 (i.e. the minimum maturity value will be your money back plus 5%). Thereafter, each quarter the fund will ‘lock-in’ 85% of the value of the dynamic basket (refer to fund fact sheet for further details) if it is higher than the current locked-in value. As the final maturity calculation for your investment is dependent upon the value of the dynamic basket on 31 March 2010, this document is produced merely to keep you informed of the quarterly lock-in values. Remember, whatever happens the fund guarantees to pay back your original investment plus 5% at maturity.
