Matt Crake: Call to Order
Opening the meeting with Attendance.
President’s Report (Matt Crake)
The discussion over to adopt Robert’s Rules to guide the organization.
By-Laws revision discussion. Last revision was completed on Jan. 6 th 2011 and was e-
mailed to all board members. Matt asked for a show of hands of who had read the
revisions. All board members attending the meeting raised their hands.
Motion: by Matt Crake to put the latest revised by-laws onto the web site for parents
Motion 2nd by Maureen O’Reilly Sigman. Motion unanimously approved.
Carl DeLuca asked a question about special meeting minutes being read at the
following meeting of a special meeting. Response by Matt Crake: Yes, will be read at
Motion: By Sherry P. to amend into by-laws a $25.00 activity fee during registration to
cover for parents not showing up to work the concession stand. Article XVII Sections
4.1 to 4.3.
The by-law would state if parent shows up to work the stand at schedule time, the
money will be refunded or put towards banquet tickets or apparel. If the parent
doesn’t show up for scheduled time, the money will be used to pay another person on
a substitute list to be called and cover for the parent that cannot make the scheduled

Secretary’s Report (Maureen O’Reilly Sigman)
No reports and No correspondence
Treasure’s Report (Mike Clark)
Mike deposited the $500.00 check given to us by Genetti’s into the associations
Yearly Report was read and passed around for all board members to see.
Carl DeLuca asked to see report. Was given to Carl to look over then he handed back
to board when finished.
Motion: by Mike Clark to only reimburse amount of money that was approved by
board. If amount is over what the board has approved for, it is the purchaser’s
responsibility to pay the difference.
Motion 2nd by Jason McDade. Motion unanimously approved.
Motion: by Mike Clark to have a “fundraiser account” for all money raised in
fundraising tasks for both football players and cheerleaders.
Heather (B-team advisor) had questions regarding how much spent on football players
vs. cheerleaders. Matt Crake, Jason Mcdade and Maureen Sigman each addressed the
cost value for safety of the children and what is needed for both football players and
cheerleaders to be safe. Advised Heather with fundraiser account, advisors & coaches
can go to board with request of money for items and if funds available and it’s a
reasonable request funds would be granted.
Mike will return with information from Fidelity Bank about opening up a “fundraiser
account” and what the coast would be. Next meeting will present information.
Motion: By Mike Clark to talk to Sabatini’s Pizza about having a fundraiser for a “Nite
at Sab’s.” The fundraiser would be a night to dine in at Sabatini’s pizza and the
“association” would get 10% of the night’s profits.
Motion 2nd by Tiffany Clark. Motion unanimously approved.
PR Media Report (George Taggart)
George would like to form a committee for PR Media so parents can get involved in
taking pictures of the teams and squads.
Also to reach out to parents whose children play & cheer for the Rams but their
children go to WA Catholic or other private schools.
VP of Cheer Report (Tiffany Clark)
Tiffany discussed cheer uniforms and a way to re-use D- team shirts with an alteration
to them. Also stated D-team skirts are in good shape.
Tiffany did advise C, B and A- team skirts may need to be replaced. Will come up with
prices, sizes and inventory upon next meeting.
Tiffany proposing to have a flyer given to all cheer parents upon registration of what is
qualified as practice attire. Due to safety reasons, cheer kids are coming to practice in
flip-flops, crocs and inappropriate clothes.
A proposal on a “practice bag” the cheer kids must bring to practice that includes
sweat shirts and sweat pants.
VP Football (Jason McDade)
Still has 13 to 14 sets of equipment not handed in yet.
Request to replace Velcro on rib protection.
Request to get prices on vest pads for the D-team.
Request to look into concussion helmets for A-team first them B-team.
Will inventory what equipment we have in “The room.”
Request D-team to be signed up first for pants and equipment due to last year not
having enough sizes for D-team.
Jason gave Heather (B-team cheer advisor) Edmund Mendoza’s (A-team football
player) game stop gift card, ornament and medal to deliver to him.
Concessions (Sherry Petrowski)
Request a committee to share in the running of “the stand.” Would like 6 on the
Banquet (Sherry Petrowski)
Request to use Genetti’s again for 2011 banquet. Genetti’s gave the association back
$500.00 due to banquet not running smoothly.
Motion: by Sherry P. to book Genetti’s for 2011 banquet on December 3rd 2011.
Motion 2nd by Maureen Sigman. Motion unanimously approved.
Will be requesting from Genetti’s a better PA system & family style dinner?
Motion: by Sherry P. to give Genetti’s and deposit of $200.00 for the 2011 banquet.
Motion 2nd by Jason, George and Maureen. Motion unanimously approved.
Discussion was brought up by Maureen about the safety of the children at the
banquet. Witnessed many children running outside of the banquet room and into
hallways and towards the front desk. Concerned for safety of children that anyone
could have taken a child outside of the banquet room while unsupervised. Requesting
an announcement be made that children need to be supervised outside the banquet
room for 2011 banquet.

Lou Champi. Bike supplied by Nodoz Bike Biz? Matt to talk to a lawyer and our
insurance company about liability. Winner would be responsible for taxes &

All fundraiser suggestions will be taken into consideration. All parties will come back
with more information for next meeting.
