Sealed bids are invited from the eligible bidders for execution of the erection of new 33/11KV substations on partial Turnkey basis in
Vizianagaram District of APEPDCL as detailed below

The work should be carried out on partial turn key basis. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information inrespect of the bid
documents from the Chief General Manager/Projects/APEPDCL/Visakhapatnam during office hours on all working days.
A Complete set of the bid documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on submission of written application to
CGM/Projects/EPDCL and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.5625/-(Rs.5000/- towards the cost of bid documents and Rs.625/-
towards sales tax) for each bid in person or Rs.5725/- for each bid by post on all working days from 30-09-2008 to 30-10-2008 (from 10-
30hrs to 17-00hrs). The payment towards cost of bid document may be made by crossed bankers cheque (or) crossed demand draft valid
for six months payable to Pay Officer/ APEPDCL/ Visakhapatnam payable at Visakhapatnam. APEPDCL is not responsible for missing of
bids or delay in receipt of bids sent through post.
All bids must be accompanied by bid Security as indicated above and must be delivered to the following address on or before the dates
indicated above. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address given below on the
date and time indicated above.
