Criteria for Network Points:

by whom: all countries listed in the application:


national value
room for general opinion of the Nat. Commission
good for the respective country
good for a certain institution in that country
balancing tool
ATTN: no "classical" list of priorities! All subjects should be basically welcome

program management
refers to the validity of the "short" program description contained in the application set ("Objectives")


professional value
to be awarded by reviewers (using the "long" version of the program description) scientific contribution, development of new
methods ATTN: not necessarily in conjunction with educational value

educational value
to be awarded by reviewers (using the "long" version of the program description) educational contribution ATTN: not
necessarily in conjunction with scientific value

chances of implementation
whether the network will work from the international point of view/for which periods of time are students going to be
exchanged?

program value
how valuable is the network for CEEPUS on the international level? What does it do for the region?

language of instruction
does the network have something like a language policy? Does it conform to the CEEPUS II Agreement in trying to develop a
real policy to offer lectures and courses in German, English or French?
Criteria for Joint Program Points:


by whom: all countries listed in the Joint Program Section of an application

vision
how interesting is the Joint Program described here (the eventual outcome)

implementation
how do you rate the method of implementation? Does it look well organized and feasible? How concrete are the first steps?
