                                      SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS & SKILLS
      Created/implemented plans to diversify customer base/improve sales by 50%. As an Account
       Representative with a base of small local and regional customers, I added other customers by cold
       calling and referrals, increasing the size of my customer base. New accounts attained led to a personal
       promotion and increased volume by over $5,000,000. As a Key Account Representative I took over the
       JC Penney account at a time when business was dropping and reinvigorated our relationship with
       existing departments while adding new ones. I then became the representative handling K-Mart stores as
       well. I was able to maximize business by working with key customers, developing programs to meet
       specific needs through cross marketing of other lines and products.

      Increased revenue, tripling sales from $5,000,000 to over $16,000,000. Managed initial $5,000,000
       volume with Fortune 500 customers and by working with key decision-makers, increased business
       through development of consultative relationship leading to introduction of new product and additional
       categories. Specifically, as Major Account Representative for Allison Manufacturing Co., I was able to
       introduce our product to new departments and develop products to meet the world’s largest retailer’s
       needs. This allowed them to respond to consumer trends and increased product sell-through, as well as
       gross and net margins. By managing our inventory I was able to increase sales without large detrimental
       increases in inventory, leading to improved margins for Allison. Clients included Target, JC Penney,
       Sears and Wal-Mart Stores. My relationship with Wal-Mart Stores, backed by Allison’s product and
       service, led to our being honored as Wal-Mart’s Vendor of the Year in our category. Also managed small
       sales team, sharing techniques and sales tips.

      Won awards after transition to solution sales of training and education. Sales performance at New
       Horizons Computer Learning Center of NYC led to a promotion to management within 1 year due to
       initiative and early success meeting sales quotas and goals. As a representative I excelled at solution
       sales, meeting with clients, developing rapport, exploring areas of need and providing blended solutions
       of classroom and E-learning courses for technical staff and end users. Sold training to IT staff, C-level
       management, HR departments or individual department heads. As a Sales Manager I trained new hires
       and collaborated on management team that achieved awards for top revenue production (out of 300
       locations worldwide) for 3 consecutive years. The Sales Manager’s position required managing sales
       staff and often working directly with the team’s clients in order to meet and exceed team goals.
