Overview
Brown’s Equipment Trader, LLC (B.E.T.) is an international energy company headquartered in Miami,
Florida (USA) providing turnkey services for the power generation industry, including installation,
commissioning and maintenance services to customers that construct, operate and utilize energy
systems.

History
BET is a private company wholly owned by Phillip G. Brown in the USA.

Brown’s Equipment Trader, LLC (BET) means trust, confidence and stands for surpassing client
expectations. Our management strength stems from several hundred man-years of experience amongst
our management in the implementation of Power Projects.

With BE’s offices in Miami, Florida, and its representative offices elsewhere in the world and the rich
experience and technological know-how of its management and its close interactions with all major
Power Plant Manufacturers, networking and resources, BE is a reliable partner to serve the market. The
successful execution of EPC contracts in South America, Asia and Africa remains a hallmark of the BE
team’s strategy. The team has been involved in execution of a number of fast track EPC Power Projects.

The BE management team has carried out successful execution of Power Plants as an equipment provider
and as an EPC contractor. We have an integrated IT based system to estimate and execute projects under
quality and cost control.

Raul E. Arrondo                         Mr. Arrondo has extensive experience in the business

                                        with engineering, development, sales and service
                                        organizations in power generation such as Grove Energy
                                        Systems, R. B. Grove, Inc. and represented manufacturers
                                        such as Rolls-Royce Energy Systems, Mirrless Blackstone,
                                        Cummins/Onan, Perkins (a Caterpillar Company) and John
                                        Deere. Has developed independent power projects in

                                        Centrans Energy, Ormat and King Ranch Power Corp. Mr.
                                        Arrondo holds a BSEE degree with a major in Power from

Giovanni Antonietta                     Mr. Antonietta has considerable experience in the

Boni Garofalo                            Mr. Garofalo has an extensive experience in top

                                         Mr. Garofalo holds an MS from AOTS, Tokyo, Japan, a BSIE
                                         from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, Caracas,
                                         Venezuela with an Electromechanical Minor and Post-
                                         Graduate studies in Generation Protection, Substation
                                         Design, Transmission and Distribution Power Lines,
                                         Administration and Finance at the University of Missouri,
                                         Rolla, MS, USA.
Andres Jaramillo                         Mr. Jaramillo has 16 years of International Gas and Steam
Independent Consultant                   turbine maintenance and installation services management
                                         experience. He has held a wide range of positions starting
16 years of experience                   from Field Engineer to Service Director for an international
                                         region within the power generation structure of General
                                         Electric. He brings significant experience with labor
                                         management and technical resources management and
                                         solid equipment knowledge which makes him an
                                         experienced project manager within the turbine power

  Jose Benitez                            Mr. Benitez has an extensive experience in Engineering,
