      Featured Beer: Left Hand Milk Stout

   Second Course – Grilled ginger jumbo shrimp served with a carrot-radish
     salad in a cilantro-lime vinaigrette
     Featured Beer: Good JuJu (Pale Ale)

   Third Course – Red pepper-corn soup served with avocado crostini
     Featured Beer: The Stranger (American Pale Ale)

   Fourth Course – Zesty, dressed asparagus pizza -- olive oil, mozzarella
     cheese, salt/pepper/lemon zest, Roma tomatoes, oven-roasted asparagus and
     a creamy lemon pepper dressing
     Featured Beer: 400lb. Monkey (English-Style Pale Ale)

   Dessert Course – Asian pear & apple crisp
     Featured Beer: Sawtooth Ale (American-Style ESB)
