SINGAPORE JANUARY MEETING 2011
FRIDAY, 28 JANUARY 2011:

RACE 8 [TF144]

On Sunday, 06 February 2011, the Stewards concluded an Inquiry into the
reasons for HEEDMASTER (App JL Li) having to check when racing between
IMPERIAL MEMORY (YF Leong) and HEART TO BEAT (S Sam) approaching the
200m. It was established that approaching the 200m, IMPERIAL MEMORY
laid inwards and bumped HEEDMASTER. Shortly after, HEART TO BEAT
changed stride and shifted outwards abruptly bumping HEEDMASTER onto
IMPERIAL MEMORY. As a result of this incident, IMPERIAL MEMORY was
turned inwards and HEART TO BEAT was turned outwards, this resulted in
HEEDMASTER becoming severely crowded. In the circumstances, no blame
could be attributed to any rider and as such, no further action was taken.
