IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion to compel reconvening of depositions is GRANTED; Plaintiff’s motion to compel deponents to provide handwriting samples is DENIED; Plaintiff’s request for protective order is DENIED; and Plaintiff’s request for sanctions is DENIED.
