Jun 01 – present FREELANCE PROJECT CONSULTANT, Los Angeles, CA, U.S.A. Worked with entrepreneurs and small start-ups on developing new business ideas, plans and implementation strategies. One of these plans resulted in the creation of Dance Labs; an organization dedicated to building self-awareness and self-confidence in people through dance and music. Validated markets by transforming business prototypes into operational programs able to touch, move, and inspire teams to get involved and call it their own. Created marketing collateral using various forms of new media. Advised, planned and assisted print-based media companies in migrating their publications into online formats and subscriber interface systems, thus resulting in more community participation and feedback.

As Project Manager, trained, educated and guided several development teams on significant projects, including the development of a business model for a Continuing Education Program in Thailand. In the capacity of Process Consultant, updated procedures and methodologies for the university’s application development systems and management policies inside the framework of CMMI Level 2. While serving as Guest Lecturer, taught graduate students group collaboration methods for developing business plans, document creation and related skills. Introduced state-of-the-art software tools to several departments enabling upwards of 20 students and staff to concurrently create sophisticated business documentation, software process guides and presentations.
