               received a Distinguished Research Award in the Academy of Legal, Ethical and
               Regulatory Issues upon acceptance in April 2008, and it will be published in the
               next regularly scheduled issue of the Journal of Legal, Ethical and Regulatory
               Issues (2009). (Abstract was published in the proceedings of Academy of Legal
               Ethical and Regulatory Issues Spring 2008 International Conference, April 4,
               2008, in Tunica, Mississippi.
