*The Ellsworth Technical Review Team (TRT) reviews and comments on specific development proposals that are to be heard by the Planning Board. The purpose of the TRT meeting is twofold: 1) To help developers prepare for the Planning Board meeting, and 2) To provide the Planning Board with an opinion on the completeness of the project proposal and on the quality of the information provided. Applicants are strongly encouraged to request a special TRT meeting prior to the regular TRT monthly meeting. The regular TRT monthly meeting is scheduled on Wednesday immediately following the Planning Board project submittal deadline, at 10:00 am in the Council Chamber. This meeting schedule is subject to change.
