SUBSTANCE OF PROPOSED ACTION: Inactive Status has been used in the Roster for many years. There is nothing in the Law or Administrative Rules that allows the use of this status. This Rule will clarify what inactive status is and make it an official, but optional listing in the Roster.
TIME, PLACE, MANNER OF PRESENTING VIEWS: All interested parties may submit data, views, or arguments concerning the proposed amendment by mail or in person through the close of business on April 4, 2007. Persons wishing to submit data, views, or argwments orally should contact Alexis London between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays, at (334) 240-9301.
