• Cut out place value chart and glue (w/ glue
  stick) in spiral & on the back of the page,
  glue diff ways to write #s chart.
• Then proceed with ppt 5 and 6

Starting with the ones place, let’s name the places together, in
order, from ones to millions:

       ones
       tens
       hundreds
       thousands
       ten thousands
       hundred thousands
       millions

                  Starting at the decimal point,
                  the places are named in the
                  same order except:
                  • there is not a “ones” place
                  • all names end in “ths”
