INFORMATION FOR STALL HOLDERS
If you operate from your vehicle, you will be restricted to one vehicle per site and that vehicle must fit
within the site you have booked. Vehicles brought onto the ground for unloading must be removed to
the exhibitor parking area by no later than 9.15am.
The number of power outlets is limited. Outlets will be assigned at the discretion of the Committee. No
stall holder can be assigned more than one 10 amp outlet except for coffee stalls which will be
assigned one 15 amp outlet. All electrical cords and equipment used at the fair will need to have been
tested and tagged by an authorised electrician and carry a current date. All equipment will be checked
and any without the appropriate tags will be banned from use.
All Stall Holders
In previous years our volunteers have spent significant time chasing information and documents to
validate incomplete applications. This often occurred just before the fair and resulted in unnecessary
disruption for us and often for the applicant.
This year, we need your help. In order for an application to be considered, we require that they are
complete and accurate, with all required attachments, and are received by us no later than 13th May
2011. Importantly, incomplete applications will be returned to the applicant for attention and
may consequently miss the cut-off date. Insurance certificates (Certificates of Currency) must show
that they will be valid for 13th June 2011.
A non negotiable cheque or money order (no cash) for the required amount made out to Orara Valley
Fair Inc must accompany each application. We will hold cheques or money orders pending final
selection of successful applicants and return remittances with applications to applicants who have been
unsuccessful. To avoid disappointment, please make sure before you post your application that you
check it over for completeness and accuracy, enclose the required attachments and tick all the boxes.
