Access to the site: Saturday July 18th from 1pm to 5pm and Sunday July 19th, 2009 from 8am to 11am. You must be fully operational by the time the gates open at 11am on Sunday July 19th. If you arrive after 11am on Sunday July 19th you will not be allowed access to the site and your money will not be refunded. Please contact Adam Reaburn Co-Chair at 250-793-2326 when you arrive on site to be directed to your location. You must be self-contained and have your own power, water and utility requirements. The Air Show will NOT provide any services for your concession.
