Resolution authorizing contract extension with Abacus Corporation, Dawson Resources and TRC Staffing Services for Temporary Personnel Services (COUNTY-WIDE) (Estimated Annual Amount $1,140,000.00)
WHEREAS, Abacus Corporation, Dawson Resources and TRC Staffing Services were awarded the contract for Temporary Personnel Services for Franklin County for the period of July 14, 2008 through July 13, 2009 (Resolution #0573-08, ITB 2008-02-41); and WHEREAS, the contract allows for two (2) additional one-year extension periods with up to a 3% price increase with this being the first extension period; and WHEREAS, Abacus Corporation, Dawson Resources and TRC Staffing Services have agreed to continue providing Temporary Personnel Services for Franklin County with no increase in pricing; and WHEREAS, the contract is for the period July 14, 2009 through July 13, 2010; and WHEREAS, the Franklin County Purchasing Department recommends the contract extension submitted by Abacus Corporation, Dawson Resources and TRC Staffing Services be approved; now THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO: That the attached contract extensions with Abacus Corporation, Dawson Resources and TRC Staffing Services are hereby approved.
