Advertiser Contract

Address:_____________________________________________________________________________________ This contract between Locate It Maps and the advertiser shown above is subject to the terms as stated herein. The contract for advertising shall be for a one (1) year period unless otherwise noted. TERMS: One-half (1/2) pf the total is to be paid to Locate It Maps at the time of contract signing. The balance shall be due upon receipt of invoice when the product is delivered to distributor. No refund will be given unless the map doesn’t obtain the amount of advertisers within a two month period. At that point the full amount of monies paid will be refunded. Balance due in full is expected upon receipt of invoice. A fee of 18% per annum, will be charged on past due balances. Checks are to be made payable to Locate It Maps, credit card payment is available. There will be a $35.00 charge for returned checks. Advertiser agrees to pay all attorney and/or collection fees and /or court cost incurred by Locate It Maps. Proofs will be provided to Advertiser prior to printing which will be sent by email and/or hard copy proof which must be signed or emailed back with approval before printing. Advertiser is fully responsible for all proofreading and content, Locate It Maps is printing your ad for advertising purposes only. Ads can be produced by Locate It Maps or provided by said advertiser or ad agency, specifications will be provided. Advertisers having carefully read all provisions of the contract, acknowledges receipt of copy of the agreement and any schedules made a part hereto which are final expression of the agreement of the parties and the complete and exclusive statement of the terms agreed upon, all prior agreements and understanding being merged herein and that there are no representations, warrants or stipulations, either oral or written, not herein contained. In witness whereof the parties hereto have caused this contract to be properly executed intending that it shall be legally binding upon them and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.
