PURCHASE CONTRACT AGREEMENT – GENESIS CONSULTING LLC www.businessdocumentportal.com I/we attest by all penalty of law that I/we have fully reviewed the Purchase & License Agreement provided by Genesis Consulting LLC d/b/a Yopoti.com d/b/a Your Business Document Portal™ d/b/a www.yourbusinessdocumentportal.com and that we agree to all conditions herein: Upon execution of Contract, $1500 Engagement Fee is due in full and remaining $1500 Setup fee is due upon delivery of my Your Business Document Portal™. Each month, I will be automatically charged the monthly maintenance fee of $99.95/mo on the 30th day of the month. However, first month maintenance fee is waived with new setup/installation. Thus, my first payment will be due on the 31st day after contract execution. I have been advised it is my responsibility to take whatever safeguards I feel are necessary to provide extra or additional security for highly-sensitive and/or highly-confidential information (such as password protecting such files). And if said information is so confidential that even in the case of force majeure unnecessary risk could be caused to individuals not affiliated with this agreement, I should consider hosting my Your Business Document Portal™ on my own server system so I can maintain/monitor/control and be responsible for my own security measures. My monthly maintenance fee contract can be cancelled at any time and Company will work with me to extract and/or transfer all data from my site and/or place on my own server/serving system if so desired. ***Fees do apply for this service in some cases. I am releasing Company from all liabilities as outlined in the Contract and Terms Of Use.
