					This eBay Consignment Contract is made between an eBay seller and an owner of
goods to sell the goods on the eBay website in exchange for a commission. This
contract contains the material terms of the agreement including a description of the
goods, the services to be provided, and the commission arrangement. It contains
numerous standard provisions that are commonly included in these types of
agreements, and may be customized to fit the specific needs of the parties. This
contract should be used by an owner of goods and an eBay seller when entering into a
consignment agreement.
                          EBAY CONSIGNMENT CONTRACT

       THIS EBAY CONSIGNMENT CONTRACT (the “Agreement”), made this ____ day
of __________, 20___ [Instruction: insert date] by and between _________________,
[Instruction: insert name of eBay seller, the “Consignee”] located at __________________
[Instruction: insert the Consignee’s address] (the “Consignee”) and __________________,
[Instruction: insert the name of the owner of the goods to be sold, the “Consignor”] located
at __________________ [Instruction: insert the Consignor’s address] (the “Consignor”)
hereinafter collectively referred to as the ‘Parties”.

         THE CONSIGNEE AND THE CONSIGNOR HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

    I. GOODS

    1.01      The Consignor agrees to provide to the Consignee the goods listed on Schedule “A”
              annexed hereto (the “Goods”) for the purpose of selling such item(s) on the website
              known as eBay pursuant to the terms and conditions contained herein.

    1.02      The Consignor acknowledges that the description of the Goods provided to the
              Consignee is true and correct to the best of his/her knowledge.

    1.03      The Consignee reserves the right to reject any Goods that the Consignor may bring in
              or have shipped to the Consignee to sell on the Consignor’s behalf. The Consignee
              will make every effort to research all Goods prior to their acceptance for listing.

    II. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED

    2.01      Consignor agrees to grant to Consignee the exclusive right to market and sell the
              Goods for a period of _______________ (____) [Instruction: insert number of
              days] days from the date this Agreement is signed. During the term of this
              Agreement, the Goods cannot be withdrawn from Consignor for any reason without
              the consent of Consignee.

    2.02      Consignor is responsible to provide all services related to the eBay auction, which
              may include preparing the Goods for sale, describing the Goods, photographing the
              Goods, listing the Goods, communicating with prospective buyers about the Goods,
              closing the sale, accepting payments for the Goods, and shipping the Goods to the
              buyer at their expense,

    III. FEES

    3.01      Consignee shall sell the Goods at the price specified on the eBay listing. The Parties
              hereby agree that the Consignee's commission shall be:

         A. For any item that either does not sell the commission is ____________ [Instruction:

         B. For any item where the final selling price is between $.01 and $500.00, the

         C. For any item where the final selling price is between $500.01 and $1500.00, the

         D. For any item where the final selling price is at least $1500.01 or more, the

    3.02      Final selling price is based on the final qualifying bid. Consignee’s minimum

              section 3.01(A) above] per auction listing. When an item sells, Consignee shall
              deduct commissions from the auction proceeds. In the event an item does not sell,
              Consignor shall be responsible for payment of auction listing fees and commissions
              as identified or described herein.

    3.03      In addition to the commission, Consignor shall also pay Consignee for any and all
              fees charged by third party auction websites used by Consignee to market, list and/or
              sell the Goods which may include listing fees, final value fees, PayPal fees, and any
              optional fees charged for special website placement. Consignor shall also pay
              Consignee for any moving, shipping, rental and/or storage fees relating to the sale of
