PRODUCTS MUST BE DEEMED TO BE HAND MADE AND FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN A SURCHARGE TO PAY RETAIL RATES. One 10x10 space for two days: non-Chamber Member $350 * Chamber Member $250 There will be a $25. charge for any returned checks. No refunds or cancellations under any circumstances for any reason. ( ) Please indicate need for electricity. There will be a $50 surcharge for this service. I will provide everything necessary for the set-up and function of my space solely within the 10x10 dimension. I must stay within the confines of my booth space. Activity encroaching or obstructing other vendors may result in discontinued activity and I understand I may be requested not to return. The Huntington Chamber of Commerce cannot be held responsible if I cannot set up my space within the allocated dimension. I will be responsible for setting up and removing my exhibit and garbage each day. I will remove all trash from my space at the end of each day. If the space I inhabit on Saturday is not left in the condition in which I found it, I will not be permitted to return on Sunday and there will be no refund issued. Any vendor arriving to set-up past 10:00am will not be permitted to drive into the Festival area and will therefore not be allowed to drive to their pre- assigned space. I will then be responsible to transport your items by foot and there will be no refund for lost time. I understand that all vendors are independent agents. I will comply with New York State Law which requires that sales tax be collected. I shall and will hold harmless the Town of Huntington, the Huntington Chamber of Commerce and its members from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, expenses, fees, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, and causes of action of any and every kind and nature arising from or out of, or in any connected way with vendor use, occupancy, or activities in or related to the October 10, 2008 and October 13, 2008 LI Fall Festival. Vendors will be personally liable to other participating vendors and members of the public for their own acts. I understand that neither the Huntington Chamber of Commerce nor its members will be held responsible for loss and/or damage to vendorʼs personal property caused by any reason, and I will not assert any such claim against them. The Huntington Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to decline acceptance of any application or to ask any vendor to leave the festival if they have misrepresented information on this application, or if their product or conduct is deemed inappropriate to this family-oriented event. This event will be held rain or shine---there is no rain date and no refunds will be issued.
