JOB TITLE: CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER (1 year contract) LOCATION: TORONTO GENERAL SUMMARY The Client Relations Manager manages the relationship between assigned customers and PEER 1 from initial signup and installation of the client through to cancellation of the contract. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Client Relations Manager: • • • • • • • • • • • Processes orders for products and or services received from sales team. Ensures that payment is made and signed contract is received by company before order is put through. Communicates with customer regarding installation logistics, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer. Manages relationship between company and assigned clients. Renews existing client contracts and may attempt to sell additional merchandise to customer. Acts as liaison between customer and various departments within PEER 1 including accounting, network operations centre and engineering. May receive and investigate customer complaints. Renegotiates customer pricing, upgrades/downgrades and creates all required contracts and paperwork. Works with customer and accounting to resolve billing issues. Prepares and maintains appropriate records. Other duties commensurate with the position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • • • • • • • • Two years in a customer-facing role. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Strong customer service orientation: solutions-oriented and able to resolve issues while improving customer satisfaction. Excellent customer communication skills demonstrated effectiveness in verbal and written communications with internal and external customers; courteous phone manners and ability to handle irate customers. Desire to learn new functions. Excellent problem solving skills. General knowledge and understanding of PEER 1 products and solutions.
