All provisions of the Basic Contract not specifically changed by this Amendment remain in full force and effect. This amendment modifies the authority for contractual obligations from the City Manager to the Airport Manager. While the Airport is an entity of the City and Borough of Juneau, the authority to administer the design and construction of all municipal capital improvements located entirely on the airport is provided in CBJ code 05.01.070. Replace the first statement of the contract with the following: “This Agreement is entered into by and between the Juneau International Airport of the City and Borough of Juneau (“Airport’), and between (Consultant) __________________ whose address is ______________________, phone ______________________. Within the contract and all amendments issued to date, replace all references to “City” with “Airport”). This is a no cost modification to the contract.
