 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Summary
 The Intern of the MLT Funding team assists the ALM Front Office who acts in the interest of Crédit Agricole S.A. as an issuer
 (acting through its London Branch) and provides liquidity to all the subsidiaries of Credit Agricole S.A. (Calyon, Sofinco,
 Predica, Finaref, LCL, EFL, Lukas, CAAM, CA-Leasing, etc).
 1.- Key Responsibilities

          Assists the MLT Funding team :
               o     Inputs/checks the deals in the Front Office tool
               o     Checks the documentation of bond issues and hedging swaps
               o     Drafts the issue reports
               o     Prepares the final documentation (in French and English) of Loans and Borrowing to be signed by the
                     General Manager or Head Office (Paris)
               o     Contributes to the preparation of the monthly ”Tableau de bord” (volumes, number of trades, etc.)
               o     Prepares and checks the Liquidity gap analysis
               o     Prepare a weekly “Markets Review” to be sent to Head Office and subsidiaries


 2.- Management and reporting
          Reports to the Head of medium to long term funding desk
          Reports to the General Manager on important issues if necessary
 3.- Control
     Ensuring that databases and contracts contain no mistake by regularly double-checking all the information.
 4.- Key Internal contacts:
     Back-Office, Middle-Office and Financial Control of the Branch.
     Financial Department in Paris.

 5.- Key External contacts:
     Legal and Tax external Counsels.
     Calyon DCM Team.
     CA Subsidiaries

 SPECIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
 The candidate must be a team player and a reliable person. He/she must have good communication and
 interpersonal skills.
 The candidate should be capable of learning quickly, adapting to and instigating change and be accurate and
 able to prioritise effectively in order to meet tight reporting deadlines.
 The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office and related software products.
