2007-2008 Registration Guidelines
   GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS




• Students must earn 21 total credits
• Students must pass all parts of the Ohio
  Graduation Test
• All students must complete a Senior Exit
  Portfolio
    GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
          CLASS OF 2011
• English                          4 Credits
• Math                             3 Credits
• Social Studies                   3 Credits
• Science                          3 Credits
• Bus.Tech/Industrial Arts/Music
  Art/Foreign Lang./CVCC           1 Credit
• Health & Physical Ed.            1 Credit
• Electives                        6 Credits
                           TOTAL: 21 Credits
     Ohio Graduation Test
• The OGT will be
  administered in
  Grade 10
• The OGT contains 5
  parts:
       – Reading
       – Writing
       – Math
       – Science
       – Social Studies
         SENIOR EXIT PORTFOLIO

• Assists students in
  their post-high school
  planning
• Requirements
  include:
  –   a resume
  –   career narrative
  –   exploration activities
  –   examples of academic
      achievement
COURSE LOAD REQUIREMENTS:


              The minimum pupil
             load for grade nine is:

             5.75 Credits
ENGLISH
   4 credits are required for
     graduation

• 3 credits at the high school required for graduation

  MARK YOUR CALENDAR
• Registration forms are
due Wednesday, February
7th to your Home Room

Center computer lab on
February 8th & 9th
   WILL I HAVE A STUDY HALL?
• 5.75 credits = 1 study hall all year
• 6.25 credits = 1 study hall for half of the year
• 6.75 credits = no study hall
