          AGENCY ON REGULATION OF
           ACTIVITIES OF THE RFCA

                               THE DECREE
             OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

                       On the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan
           on Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty
                                (as amended on 28.08.2006)

     Pursuant to Sub-clause 3) Article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and
Article 10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the President of the
Republic of Kazakhstan” dated 26 December 1995, I hereby DECREE:
     Clause 1 is amended in compliance with Decree of the President of the Republic of
Kazakhstan No.166 dated 28.08.06. (see the previous version).
     1. To establish the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Activities of the
Regional Financial Center of Almaty as a public authority directly subordinated and accountable
to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
     2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan should take actions resulting from this
Decree.
     3. Control over the implementation of this Decree shall be vested with the Administration of
the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
     4. This Decree is enacted on the date of its signature.
