AIM OF CONQUEST

The presenter would like to encourage the transfer of knowledge between regional and
international companies in the area of software quality and offer a platform for sharing
experiences in software development. CONQUEST is conceived as a 3-day event with
keynote speeches from renowned software experts, expert presentations, company and
product presentation, a parallel specialist exhibition, and different accompanying
activities. All of this allows the sponsors, exhibitors and visitors to make interesting
contacts and have conversations in an inspiring group. Sponsors have the opportunity to

             dpunkt.verlag after the conference.


2. ADVERTISEMENT IN CONFERENCE JOURNAL

       1/1 page       450 €

   •   The advertisement will be published in every issue of the conference journal
       (issues: May, June, July/August) as well as in the conference workbook (issue:
       September) if we receive it in time. The publishing starts from the next possible
       issue.

   •   The conference journal will be sent as PDF file to interested parties and
       participants before the conference starts (distribution channels: + 4.500 contacts,
       CONQUEST partners and supporters, registered participants, cooperate
       conferences, etc.) and will be available at the conference website as download.

   •   The conference workbook will be distributed as printed edition to the conference
       participants at the conference.

5) Payment conditions:

All prices are plus the currently applicable German value-added tax at the time of invoicing (excluding VAT).
The amounts invoiced are to be paid in a timely manner within the payment period listed on the invoice by
bank transfer. In the case of payment arrears, the presenter reserves the right to invoice additional dunning
fees and arrears interest. Amounts that are invoiced fewer than 30 days before the opening date of the
event are principally due immediately. For sponsors who profit from a rebate (early booker, loyalty), the
rebate is only applicable if the invoices are paid within the indicated payment period without payment
arrears. In the case of late payment, the normal price will be invoiced and the rebates do not apply.


6) Withdrawal from the sponsor agreement:

If the sponsor withdraws from the contract after its conclusion, the following compensation to be paid from
the sponsor to the presenter is considered agreed:
in the case of withdrawal in the period between 1 August 2009 and 15 September 2009: the entire
sponsoring costs;
in the case of withdrawal in the period from 1 June 2009 to 31 July 2009: half of the sponsoring costs.

7) General:

The presenter is entitled to move, shorten, extend, or cancel CONQUEST in the case of compelling reasons
or a force majeure. In such cases, the sponsors do not have a claim to withdraw or to compensation for
damages. Insofar as unforeseen political or economic events, difficulties within the industry, or a force
majeure make the execution of CONQUEST impossible, the presenter obligates itself to repay the sponsors’
payments after the costs that have already arisen have been deducted. No claims for compensation for
damages arise for the sponsors on account of the just non-execution of CONQUEST. All oral agreements,
authorisations, and special regulations must be confirmed in writing; otherwise they will not be recognised.


8) Applicable law and legal venue:

All legal relationships of the sponsor with the presenter are subject to German law. The domicile of the
presenter is expressly recognised as the legal venue
