MORTGAGE SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that the CITY OF SOUTH PORTLAND, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maine, and having a place of business at 25 Cottage Road, South Portland, County of Cumberland, and State of Maine, mortgagee under a certain mortgage from JOHN J. RENNA, of 25 Mosher Street, South Portland, County of Cumberland, and State of Maine, dated April 18, 2007 and recorded in the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds in Book 25125, Page 88, covering certain real estate on premises situated in said South Portland, and more particularly bounded and described in said mortgage, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, hereby subordinates said mortgage and rights and interests provided therein to a mortgage given by the said John J. Renna, to MetLife Home Loans, dated _____________, 2009, to be recorded in the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of South Portland has caused this instrument to be signed and sealed in its corporate name by James H.
