A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL, AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TRAINING FACILITY ON THE VOLKSWAGEN SITE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the Health, Educational, and Housing Facility Board of the City of Chattanooga, the Industrial Development Board of the City of Chattanooga, and any other interested governmental entities relative to the construction of a Training Facility on the Volkswagen site.
