USING „SIP PROTOCOL‟
               Today's Scenario
   If the user wants to talk to the company agent
    he has to get a contact number and then calls
    the agent.
   For this the user has to spend his time and as
    well as money.
                 Possible Solution
   Using SIP Protocol the user can talk to agent
    without wasting his valuable money and
    precious time.
   With this protocol it is easy for the agent too,
    when the user calls the agent, profile of the
    user is send to the agent, so that the agent talks
    to the user easily.
        Technology involved in the
               application
   SIP is an application-layer control protocol
    that can establish, modify, and terminate
    multimedia sessions (conferences) such as
    Internet telephony calls
   SIP is Protocol used for internet telephony
   The call gets intelligently routed here with
    help of server.
              Application Area
    This technology can be used in many areas
     like
1.   Colleges.
2.   Companies.
3.   Shopping Malls.
4.   Hospitals.
5.   Banks etc .
          SCOPE OF PROJECT

   Using this protocol the call is routed
    automatically by server itself
    according to the presence of the
    agent devices.
   User can call any respective agent at
    office timings.
   Main thing here is calls can be done
    through internet for no money
