							MOTIONS REGARDING THE NINTH AND TENTH REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE
ON RULES
   On the 20th July, 2004, Shri Fali S. Nariman moved the following Motions:—
    I.   (1) “That the Ninth Report of the Committee on Rules, presented to the
          Rajya Sabha on 20th July, 2004, be taken into consideration.”
         (2) “That this House agrees with the recommendations contained in the
           Ninth Report of the Committee on Rules presented to the Rajya Sabha on
           the 20th July, 2004.”
   The motion that the House agrees with the recommendations contained in the
Ninth Report of the Committee on Rules presented to Rajya Sabha on the 20th July,
2004 was adopted.
   II.   (1) “That the Tenth Report of the Committee on Rules, presented to the
           Rajya Sabha on 20th July, 2004, be taken into consideration.”
         (2) “That this House agrees with the recommendations contained in the
           Tenth Report of the Committee on Rules presented to the Rajya Sabha on
           the 20th July, 2004.”
   The motion that the House agrees with the recommendations contained in the
Tenth Report of the Committee on Rules presented to Rajya Sabha on the 20th July,
2004 was adopted.
