How To Make More Money And Attract More Business Even
While You’re Asleep Or On Vacation- And You Don’t Need
To Be Smart Or A Technical Wizard To Do It…
Dear Friend,

I have some questions for you:

Do you feel like there's not enough time during the day to do everything that needs to be
done so that you can make more money and grow your business successfully?

Do you spend a lot of time doing the day to day operations in your business such as
replying to e-mails, returning phone calls, processing orders, checking statistics, and
doing repetitive low-value tasks that actually don't make you money... and robs you of
       your time and productivity?

Have you ever felt like you needed to work more hours during the day in order for your
       business to become more successful?

Are you stuck doing tasks that are repetitive, boring, time-consuming, because no one
else will do it for you?

Are you afraid to hire someone to help you out because they might not really understand
your business as much as you do, or worse, do a bad job at it?

Would you like your business to continue to grow and make more money even if you're
not there to run and supervise it?

Would you like SPEED in your business... so you can launch more projects and get
more things done in less time, with less work on your part?

Do you wish someone just took over all the "technical" stuff in your business like web
design, web programming, audio editing, video editing, and all the other tasks that take
       FOREVER to learn?

Or do you already have a successful business to some extent, but you'd like to have top
quality and reliable people in your team, that can get things done faster and better than
       the average talent?

If you were answering “YES!” to most of these questions, then honestly… this is probably the
single most important report you will ever read… and the biggest opportunity that you will have
to learn how to make more money with less work on your part.
The Big Fat Secret to Making More
            Money, Attracting More Business,
               and Taking More Time Off…
I‟m about to share with you a very important concept that has changed countless of businesses,
including mine.

And if you take action on this idea, and run with it, then I guarantee you that your business and
your life will never be the same again.

As a matter of fact, if there‟s just ONE concept you‟ll learn after reading this, that will make the
most dramatic impact to your business right now, then this is it.

It‟s called the Pareto principle.

Otherwise known as the 80/20 rule or the “vital few and the trivial many”.

Here‟s the quick story behind it.

In 1906, Wilfredo Pareto created a formula describing the unequal wealth distribution in his
country. He discovered that 20% of the people owned 80% of the wealth.

Based on his observation, the Pareto principle was born.

In a nutshell, it means that 20 percent of something always are responsible for the 80 percent of
the results.

For example, over the years, it has been observed that

20 percent of the work consumes 80 percent of your time and resources.

20 percent of your stock takes up 80 percent of your warehouse space.

20 percent of the people you know will cause 80 percent of your problems.

20 percent of your customers will provide 80 percent of your sales.

20 percent of your business activities provide 80 percent of your revenue.

        So on and so forth.

You can apply the 80/20 rule to almost anything, from your business to your personal life.
How You Can Use This “Insider
             Information” To Legally Put Your
                  Business on Steroids…
As an entrepreneur, the most valuable asset that you have is your time (It sure is the one thing
in your business that you can‟t replace).

If you want to grow your business and take it to the next level, then you need to focus and zoom
in on the 20 percent of activities that produce 80 percent of your results.

And here‟s how…

I‟m going to give you a simple, 3-step formula for putting the Pareto principle into action for your
business. If you do these three things, you WILL get more results in your business, period.

Use these three steps to grow your business, and blast through the invisible glass ceiling that
prevents most people from making more money and taking their businesses to the next level.

1) Identify and focus on the most important activities

I want you to take a good look at your current business and ask yourself these questions:

What activities and tasks bring in the most revenue for my business (instant cash, long
term recurring cash, and big pay days)?

How much time in a day, or week, do I spend on these activities?

What‟s stopping me from spending most of my time, 80% of my time, focused on these
       key activities?

Once you‟ve identify the „vital few‟ activities in your business that really generate the revenue,
you must zoom in and focus on them.

Then the next step would be to…

2) Aggressively eliminate obstacles, time-wasters and non-productive activities

The next thing you need to do is to aggressively eliminate all the non-productive and wasteful
activities in your day and replace them with high-value and money getting activities.

The keyword here is AGGRESSIVE.
The faster you eliminate all of these and focus on the key activities, the faster your business will
grow.

Here‟s a list of some obstacles, time-wasters, and non-productive activities that might be
present in your day-to-day life:

       Talking to friends

       Surfing the internet

       Checking & reading email

       Answering your phone(s)

       Checking website stats

       Organizing your desk

       Cleaning your office

       Shopping

       Administrative work

Now, don‟t get me wrong here.

I‟m not saying that you should stop checking your e-mail, talking to your friends, and surfing the
internet all completely.

That‟s not the point.

There‟s a time and place for everything.

…And what‟s really worked for me is a concept my friend Eben calls “scheduling your
interruptions”.

In a nutshell, it means that you should pick a time during the day to do all these low-value
activities. It‟s usually a 30-minute to an hour time slot where you just get all these low value
activities done.

I personally like „scheduling my interruptions‟ after I‟ve accomplished my main objective for the
day, or after I‟ve finished executing my money-generating activities (which is the first thing I like
to get done).
Bonus tip: Before you go to sleep every night, you should ask yourself: “What’s the single most
important things I can do tomorrow, that will bring in the most value and revenue for my
business?”… Then you should get it done the first thing in the morning.

This ensures that your business keeps on growing and moving forward.

That brings me to the next step.

3) Delegate, delegate, delegate

What is delegation anyway?

Delegation is the art of transferring authority to someone and empowering them to make
decisions in your behalf.

It involves you having to „let go‟ of some control in your business so that other skillful and
reliable people can get things done for you.

If you want to have a successful business that runs and grows without you, then you‟ll have to
master this very essential skill.

Here are some of the benefits of delegating:

You'll have more time and energy for the most important things.

You'll have less to do, less clutter and less pressure.

You'll be supported by responsible people working together.

You'll benefit from others' experience, wisdom, thoughts and perspectives.

The people you spend time with will feel more confident and increase their skills.

You'll demonstrate to others your professionalism and effectiveness.

You'll get tasks done rather than adding them to your to-do list.

You'll achieve your results in less time.

You'll create a win-win situation.

Believe it or not, most of the things you do on a day-to-day level can and should be delegated to
other people who are skilled in that area.

…And to take that concept up one more notch, YOU should be delegating at least ONE new
task every single week.
You have to continuously do this until you have more than enough time to ONLY do the things
you are good at, passionate about, and have the biggest impact in your business.

Your goal is to eventually spend 80% of your waking hours productively and less than 20% of
your time doing destructive and non-productive activities.

Tim Ferris, the author of the amazing book “The 4-Hour Work Week” has a very interesting way
of putting things into perspective.

Here‟s one of the questions he asked in his program (paraphrased of course):

“For example, let‟s say you had 3 heart attacks/triple bypass surgeries in the last year alone,
and your doctor highly recommended that you only work a MAXIMUM of 4 hours per week.
What would you do? What activities would you focus on?”

It‟s a really good question to think about.

It forced me to identify less than a handful of things I‟d be doing for that week.

Ironically, the activities I chose were the ones that generated the most revenue, and added the
most value to my business.

So a good rule of thumb is to pick just 2-3 activities that you are extremely good at, and at the
same time add the most value to your business and goals, and do them religiously on a
consistent basis.

So what do you do with the rest of the activities that need to be done?

Delegate them.

Delegate them all!

Delegate them all immediately!

           The Naked Truth About Delegating
In my experience, you just don‟t wake up one day with the knowledge and desire to start
delegating.

It‟s an actual process that you go through, and there‟s always another level.

As human beings, we always evolve and try to get to the next level. It‟s a common pattern in life.

You see it in our education system.

You go from pre-school, to high school, then maybe even college.
When you‟re learning a new sport or instrument, you go from beginner, to intermediate, to
advance.

Then when you get to the final level, you just keep on improving your skills and make sure you
keep „sharpening the saw‟ so to speak.

This principle applies to your business and your own development as an entrepreneur.

When you first start in your business, it‟s just you, yourself, and nobody else.

You learn how to do things by yourself, and by all means you get things done. You manage to
generate some revenue and set things in motion. Your business is slowly growing and you can
see some results from it.

This actually works out for you.

You are your own boss. You‟re making some, or even good, money. You may be satisfied or
not.

That‟s the first level in your business.

If you want to grow your business, get to the next level, make more money, and get back some
of your time, then you‟ll need to start letting go of some control in your business.

You‟ll have to learn how to delegate tasks, work with key players, and empower them to do their
job to the best of their abilities.

Given all of the benefits of effective delegation, most people have a hard time transitioning from
doing everything themselves, to working with a team.

…And here‟s exactly how to get over that.

             The Ruthless One-Eyed Monster
            That’s Eating Your Business Alive
And by monster, I mean your self-limiting beliefs.

Self-limiting beliefs are those things you believe about yourself and your situation that place
limitations on your abilities.

They put tremendous weight on your shoulders preventing you from reaching new heights.

They blind you towards opportunities that could really explode your income and your business.

They handicap you mentally (and sometimes even physically).
They make it impossible for you to get to the next level, and achieve your goals in life.

The bottom line is this…

Your self-limiting beliefs about your business and yourself rob you of the success you deserve…
without you even knowing it!

They are invisible.

You won‟t see them, nor can you spot them, but they do exist.

Here are some self-limiting beliefs you might have about your business and how it should
operate:

I can do everything by myself

More employees and staff mean more problems

No one can‟t do it as good as I do

No one will understand my business

They might just screw things up and make it more complicated

It‟s hard to find the right people

I don‟t have time to do this right now

       It‟s too expensive

       I can do it later

And the list goes on and on and on.

So what do you do when you discover that you have a self-limiting belief?

Good question.

Once again, you must AGRESSIVELY eliminate all of them, and replace them with new beliefs
that will support you in the goals you want to achieve.

Once you eliminate all of them, then you‟ll find yourself breaking through barriers and achieving
new levels of success in your business.
How To Instantly Smash And Destroy
           The Obstacles That Hold Your
                  Business Back
I‟ve put together a quick crash course on eliminating the self limiting beliefs you have about
yourself and your business.

Follow the steps below, and it will dramatically improve the way you do business.

Identify the belief- Start by examining everything you believe about yourself and how
you should conduct business. This includes any thought that really prevents you from
performing at your best. You can start with the examples I outlined above.

Write down all the self-talk- What thoughts usually run through your mind when you
have this belief (e.g. “I won‟t hire people because they can‟t do things as good as I do
them). Monitor all the self-talk that go on, and write them down.

Question your belief- Think back and remember how you got this belief. Is this belief
absolutely true? How can you be so sure that this is absolutely true? Do you know of any
case wherein the opposite is true? If so, give examples.

Turn it to an affirmation- Now; I want you to write a statement that‟s the complete
opposite of your self-limiting belief. For example you can write “I work with a lot of
reliable and dedicated people who run and grow my business.”

Describe it- How does that new belief make you feel? What can you accomplish with
your new belief? How would you walk, talk, and act if you had this belief?

Integrate it into your life- After turning it into an affirmation and describing it, the next
step is to start integrating it. Write the affirmation down together with the description of
what it will do for you. Post it in your mirror, your refrigerator, or something you see
       often.

Read it first thing in the morning and before you go to sleep. You can read it out loud to yourself.
You can read it as much times as you want. You can even re-write it over and over again all
throughout the day.

Try this for 30 days straight until it gets implanted to your brain and your very being. Sooner,
you‟ll be seeing the effects of this new belief on your business and your life.

You can use this method to eliminate as much self-limiting beliefs that you have.
I‟d recommend starting out with 5-10 affirmations per month, and then slowly increasing the
amount as you get better and better at it.

Could It Really Be This Easy To
Multiply Your Income And Triple The
Size of Your Business Every Single
Year, For As Long As You Want?
The answer is YES.

…And I‟ll reveal the secrets of how you can transform your business, in just a minute.

First, let me tell you a true story.

A friend of mine started his business over 6 years ago. It was just him and his computer, living
in a tiny apartment.

He did everything from taking out the trash, to answering e-mails, and all that time- consuming
administrative stuff.

He then proceeded to tripling the size of his business every single year, and he‟s now making
almost 20 million dollars every single year selling information products online… working from
home, with no office, and just virtual staff.

Now, what does this have to do with you and your business?

Everything…

Whether your goal is to make a couple thousand dollars a month, have a business that supports
your lifestyle, or making multi-million dollars a year, there are some golden nuggets I‟ve learned
from him, that could help you achieve your goals.

By the way, I‟ve paid this guy over $10,000 to learn all his secrets to running and growing his
business. These secrets will be worth millions of dollars to me in this year alone.

I‟m about to share with you some of the very best concepts I‟ve learned from him.

There‟s an interesting saying that “If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've
always gotten.”

This is also true for business.
If you do the exact same thing, every single day for 3 years straight, then you‟ll pretty much get
the same results at the end of 3 years.

It‟s as simple as that.

Here‟s one of the big lessons I‟ve learned from him:

“If you want to grow your grow your business and get more results, then you have to constantly
improve yourself and the way you do business.”

You always have to be evolving and developing yourself as a person.

Here‟s an example.

Let‟s say your business makes $50,000 a year in gross revenue, and you want to increase it to,
$100,000, $500,000, or even $1,000,000 a year.

You won‟t reach your goal doing the same things you are doing right now.

If you want to increase your income, then you‟ve got to make changes to the

Way you think…

Way you do things…

Way you structure your business…

Your focus…

Your responsibility…

Your strategy…

And most importantly your mindset…

If your goal is to take your business from $100,000 a year to $1,000,000 a year then you better
start thinking, acting, and communicating like a person that makes a million a year.

The Truth Behind The Success of The
          World's Smartest, Happiest, And
                 Wealthiest People
Bill Gates, the world's richest man agrees that without his best people there would be no
Microsoft. In a quote from Fortune Magazine in 1996, he says
"Take our 20 best people away, and I will tell you that Microsoft would become an unimportant
company."

Lee Iacocca, Former President and CEO of Chrysler once said:

"In the end, all business operations can be reduced to three words; people, product and profits.
Unless you've got a good team, you can't do much with the other two."

Larry Bossidy, CEO of Honeywell and author of Execution: The Discipline Of Getting Things
Done says:

"I am convinced that nothing we do is more important than hiring and developing people. At the
end of the day you bet on people, not on strategies."

The point I'm trying to drive home here is this:

If you want to make more money online while working less hours in a day...

If you want to "automate" your business, so that it grows and runs like a "Real Business" even
when you're not around.

If you want to own your time, and have the freedom that very few people enjoy...

...Then you need to find high quality people that will work round the clock to run, maintain, and
grow your business... and you need to do it immediately.

If you don't currently outsource in your business, or you don't know how to do it the right way,
then you will most likely lose a lot of money, waste a lot of time, get scammed, and worst of all...
Your business will eventually deteriorate or die.

...And if it doesn't, it will consume you, suck the life out of you, drain you of your passion and
energy, and steal all your precious time and freedom from you.

The Mindset Shift That Will Fuel Your
                Business Success
There are a lot of new mindsets and beliefs you have to adopt, in order to consistently get to the
next level. Here‟s one of the most powerful „mindset shifts‟ that have made an incredible impact
on my business, and thousands of businesses from all over the world.

One of the best business decisions I‟ve ever made was to switch from the learning the „what‟ to
finding the „who‟.

So instead of trying to learn everything myself, I started looking for experts that already had all
the information with them. I‟m talking about experts that already had the techniques and the
systems, plus the experience under their belts.

This freed me of tremendous amounts of time. Plus, I was able to get things done a lot faster,
and the quality of work was a lot better.

So the first thing you have to do is switch your mindset from “I‟m going to learn and do
everything by myself” to “I‟m going to find experts who can do the job ten times better, and a lot
faster than I can, so I have more time to focus on the important things”.

         The Most Expensive and Dangerous
          Mistake Most Businesses Make…
One of the biggest mistakes most businesses are guilty of is hiring and choosing to work with
the wrong people.

You see it happening all the time.

There‟s the business owner that makes their hiring decision without fully knowing if the
person they hired is qualified or not. (By the way, if you spend less than 4 hours
interviewing a potential candidate for your business, you‟re making a big mistake. More
about this in a little bit).

There‟s the business owner that makes their hiring decision purely because they LIKE
the person and get along with them very well. Sometimes, it can even be for reasons
such as “Oh they‟re similar to me, they‟ll do well”, or worse “I‟ll hire them because I want
       to help them”.

There‟s the business owner that makes their hiring decision because they are in deep
„need‟ for that talent and they just have a feeling that the first candidate they meet is the
       best person for the position.

There‟s also the business owner that makes their hiring decision purely based on price
alone. Usually this type of person looks for the cheapest option available then goes with
       it.

All of these things I just mentioned above have ONE thing in common.

They are FLAWED methods for choosing talent.

Seriously.

Most people have even better ways of choosing a car, choosing a destination for a vacation, or
even choosing the clothes they buy!
When the reality is… YOUR BUSINESS is one of the most important assets that you have right
now.

So why leave your business success dependent on flawed methods of getting the right people?

That‟s one of the major reasons why businesses ultimately FAIL, or don‟t grow passed the
current level they are in.

Not only do you waste an incredible amount of time and energy, when you work with the wrong
people. You also throw away a lot of the opportunities you could have take advantage of.

It‟s will be one of those „what would have, should have, and could have been‟ situations…that
you‟ll end up regretting later on.

You actually might be better off just flushing your money down the drain.

It‟s a lot faster.

You won‟t waste your time and the opportunities that are right in front of you… and it‟s going to
cost you less money.

Here are some interesting facts from Brad Smart, a leading expert in the field of hiring, training,
and managing top performers.

100 companies, in a confidential survey stated that their companies mis-hired people
80% of the time and mis-promoted people 75% of the time.

The average cost of mis-hiring someone earning $100,000 is $1.5 million. That‟s 15
         times the base pay.

So let‟s do the math.

If the average business has a 20% success rate in hiring top performers, then 4 out of every 5
people they hire will be mis-hires.

That‟s $4.5 million dollars out the window.

Think about it.
A Powerful Exercise That Will Change
         Your Business FOREVER!
Is it really possible to improve your business literally overnight?

I‟m talking about FAST results like increasing your income and productivity, all while cutting your
work hours by half!

I first tried this exercise out 2 years ago.

Let me tell ya, my business doubled in sales in less than 2 weeks, all while working only 5 hours
per day, 5 days a week (This is good considering I used to work 12-15 hours day everyday).

If you follow the 3 steps I‟ve outlined for you below, you will begin to experience fast growth in
your business, arguably the fastest one you‟ll ever see.

    1. First, print out the form called “15-minute time block”. Then for the next 7 days, write
down every single thing you do every 15 minutes, all throughout the day. I mean
EVERYTHING you do from the minute you wake up till your head hits the pillow. This
includes everything from checking and replying to e-mails, going to the bank, doing
errands, making some phone calls. Write down everything you do whether it relates to
       your business or personal life.

    2. At the end of each day, evaluate all your tasks.

Put a mark on all the tasks that were repetitive, difficult, boring, and time consuming.
Don‟t forget to include the tasks and activities that you hate doing.

Identify all the non-productive tasks and time-waster activities.

Put a star beside the few activities that are directly responsible for more sales, more
business, and future business. This includes product creation, traffic generation,
relationship building, networking, education, delegation, and etc.

    3. After 7 days, look at your list then make a plan to delegate all the tasks you found
repetitive, difficult, boring, and time consuming, so you can spend most of your time
focusing on the activities that bring in money.

Try this exercise out and let me know what you think.
If there‟s just one exercise you can do in this report that would have the biggest impact on your
