Parish Building Improvements: A cap has been placed on the chimney to eliminate the leak into the ceiling of Austin Arrwood the church. Painting will be scheduled soon. Melvin Balk In about two or three weeks, we will begin improvements to the front steps of the church. A contractor Florence Booms will even off the steps and cover them with a non-skid coating. Leah Braun The Facilities Committee and I are finalizing plans and estimates to upgrade the old two-story convent Ricky Bredow across the street from the church. As I mentioned in the Financial Presentation a few weeks ago, the Chief Fi- Eleanor Brown nancial Officer of the Saginaw Diocese said that he believes that one of our highest priorities should be to move Gail Burkhard the office to the old convent building. His rationale is that, if I should die or have to be moved from OLLH for Margaret Bukoski some reason, it will be very difficult to get another priest, who would be willing to live the building with the Eloise Chesney office as it is presently.
