                  restaurants. 9 accounting staff plus storeroom personell and night audit.

Controller        CURTAIN BLUFF RESORT, Antigua W.I.
                  October 2004 – October 2005
                  A five star resort in Antigua. PriceWaterCoopers had deemed the
                  accounting records as un-auditable for the previous and current year. Set
                  up new systems and re-created all entries from previous year and present
                  to comply with audit standards. Trained a local accountant with recent
                  MBA degree to take over as controller.The following years exceeded
                  audit standards.

Controller        ROYAL ANTIGUAN RESORT, Antigua W.I.
                  September 2002 - October 2004
                  This 4 star hotel has 272 rooms, 4 restaurants, and 3 bars, with 3
                  accounting associates, and 3 storoom/purchasing employees. Have
                  reduced operating cost through out the hotel, especially food and
                  beverage cost without decreasing quality. Accounting is completely
                  computerized. Was sold to a new company in September 2004

Controller        THE STANLEY HOTEL, Estes park, Colorado
                  March 1999 – September 2002
                  Started with the company at the Biltmore Hotel in Providence, Rhode
                  Island, then transferred to the Stanley. Total of 135 rooms with 3
                  associates. Have set up hand recognition time punch system, and
                  provided training to decrease cost and streamline accounting procedures.
                  Stayed with the company until the company could not survive the
                  decrease in business caused by 9/11, and most of the managers had to

Controller      SAM LORD’S CASTLE, Barbados B.W.I.
                Oct 1995 – March 1999

                Was hired by Carnival Hotels to implement Carnival’s policies and
                procedures at this 280-room resort previously owned and managed by
                Merriott with 12 accounting associates reporting to me. Worked closely
                with the owners to continue to improve the property’s bottom line as well
                as guest satisfaction and transformed the resort to an all-inclusive
                operation. After the Patriot purchase of Carnival and Wyndham, we were
                managed by Wyndham, then later became on of the properties that
                became independent and was sold.

Controller      ROYAL CABANA CASINO, Aruba, Dutch Antilles
                March 1992 – October 1995

                One of the largest casinos in the Caribbean, with three excellent
                restaurants and a large showroom operation. Had to set up all
                accounting, financial, and controls systems for the recently opened
                operation working closely with the owners and meeting Las Vegas audit

Finance Dept.   DIVI HOTELS, Miami Florida
                January 1989 - March 1992

                Worked out of the home office in Ithaca New York, as internal auditor.
                Trained to audit the casino division as well. Later worked with a 3
                person team to implement a system wide chart of accounts, and later
                back office computer and accounting system tied in to the home office
                Then took over as controller at Tiara Beach Hotel, in Cayman Brac.
                Later transferred to replace the controller at the Flamingo Beach Hotel
                and Casino, Bonaire.

Controller      SHERATON HOTEL, McAllen Texas
                Sep 1983 - January 1989

                Used a manual accounting system for the first two years, then up-graded
                to a computerized system. Implemented improved food and beverage
                purchasing and control procedures that greatly reduced cost and
                increased profits. This was a 300 room 5 star resort property on 17 acres
                on the Texas/Mexico border, catering mainly to wealthy foreigners from
                Mexico and Central America.

Controller      GALLEON BEACH HOTEL Grand Cayman Cayman Islands
                Oct 1980 – Sep 1983
                Was a high volume hotel on seven mile beach with 5 restaurants
                and bars. All accounting was on property reporting to the home
                office in Houston,Texas.
