COMMENCES:              8.30am


ENTRY FEE:              $25.00 per rider. ENTRIES TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CLUB CHEQUE


ENTRIES CLOSE:          With Zone Secretary on Monday 22nd August, 2011


ENTRIES:                To be in riders ODE Grade.


One Day Event entries WILL CLOSE ON TIME to allow draws to take place and be posted to
clubs.


                              LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.


DRESSAGE TESTS:             E & E2 Grades                1A               Callers Allowed
                            Assoc. D & D Grades          1C               Callers Allowed (Minus 2 marks)
                            Assoc. C & C Grades          1D               No Callers Allowed
                            Assoc. B & B Grades          2A               No Callers Allowed
                            Assoc. A & A Grades          2B               No Callers Allowed


Ribbons: Awarded to 5th place in both Dressage and Overall.

Riders should ensure that their horses are fit for this type of event before placing an entry.
BACK NUMBERS:              To be collected by one representative of each Club and the deposit, $5 per number,
                           paid in one sum. Likewise, deposit will be refunded to one Club representative on the
                           return of the back numbers in good condition.


GEAR CHECK:                All competitors must be passed by a Gear Steward before competing in Dressage,
                           Cross Country and Showjumping. This first gear check will take place at 8:00 am.



UNIFORM: Full Pony Club uniform for Dressage and Showjumping. T-Shirts may only be worn in place of
shirt and tie for Cross Country. The T-Shirt to be club colour and must be tucked into the waistband of jodhpurs.
T-Shirt may have collar and long sleeves.


PROTESTS: Protests must be submitted in writing to the Zone Committee within 30 minutes of the incident
that caused the protest, accompanied by $30.00. The money will be refunded only if the protest in upheld.


CANTEEN: Canteen facilities will be available.


PRESENTATION: All riders must be in FULL PONY CLUB UNIFORM for the presentation at the end of
the day whether it is mounted or unmounted.


PONY CLUB RULES: Will apply to the whole day's activities. The Zone Committee reserve the right to alter
or vary the programme.

actions of others or for circumstances beyond their control or for any consequences flowing from the
disregard of directions or instructions, which may be given.




               ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH WHILST ON THE ZONE GROUNDS.

Note: Every competitor MUST have at least one helper, who must be at least 15 years of age, must not
be competing and must not be named by another competitor.

Filling in the helpers name is committing the person or persons to helping in the jobs which will be
allocated to them, either before or during the running of the events. Failure to comply will automatically
eliminate the rider or riders of the family concerned from the whole of the competition. Also, if the
helper section is not filled in for that competitor, the entry will not be accepted.

NOTE: All children staying on grounds overnight must be accompanied by an adult who is to take full
      responsibility for their behaviour and care plus the care of their horse. There will be NO
