Tate & Lyle PLC among tenants of Sterlinga Business Center (SBC) in Łódź.

Hines Polska, the real estate firm, announced today that the Polish subsidiary of Tate & Lyle
PLC, based in London, signed a lease agreement for 2,630 square meters of space in Sterlinga
Business Center (SBC) office building in Łódź. The lease has been signed for a period of 7
years. Tate & Lyle is the largest tenant of SBC and as a result of this transaction almost 40%
of SBC’s office space has now been leased. Tate & Lyle is a global provider of ingredients
and solutions to the food, beverage and other industries, operating from over 30 production
facilities around the world. The new Łódź’s global shared service center is part of the
company’s new business strategy. The center will include payroll, transactional and standard
processes in finance and IT service desk. Cushman & Wakefield, the international firm
providing real estate services, acted on behalf of Tate & Lyle during the process of
negotiating the lease. Przemysław Iznerowicz, Development Manager at Hines Polska said: ,,I
think it a great success that Tate & Lyle, a global leading company in its business line and a
blue chip listed on the London Stock Exchange has chosen SBC for its office. Sterlinga
Business Center was developed to provide tenants with the highest class office space and
services, therefore we believe that SBC will meet our new tenant’s requirements.”.

About Sterlinga Business Center
Located in the heart of f Łódź, SBC is the most modern office building in the city. Located at
8a Sterlinga Street. (Sterlinga Street intersects with Północna and Pomorska Streets), it is
provided with excellent access to the city’s well-developed road and public transport
network, with bus and tram stops located in direct proximity. The proximity of Wolności

tenants’ 2,75m height office space, creating friendly and comfortable work environments.
Functional and effective office space in SBC allows it to be perfectly arranged either divided
into cellular offices or as an open space. To achieve these solutions, SBC offers to its tenants
