WHY HYGIENE IS IMPORTANT IN OUR LIFE?
WHAT KINDS OF HYGIENE WE KNOW?
A) OUT OF BODY
If your hands are not clean and you touch your face or touch other public surfaces, you
may be infecting yourself and others or spreading germs or disease. Colds, flus, and
infectiousdiarrhea are all known to spread by hand-to-hand contact. Yet, in a survey of
adults in the U.S., 92% claimed they regularly wash their hands after using the restroom
but only 77% actually did.
Washing your hands regularly can help keep you and those around you healthy by
controlling the spread of germs (bacteria and viruses) as well as by removing plain, old dirt.
Take the time to wash your hands regularly. Even if you already wash your hands, take the
time to do it regularly and right
Brushing your teeth is very important to do. You must brush your teeth every day so
you won't get cavities or gum diseases. Everybody knows this, but do you know the
correct way to brush your teeth?1. Use the proper toothbrush2. Wet your toothbrush
slightly.3. Squeeze a pea-size amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush.4. Start on the
inside of the lower front teeth, with the handle parallel to the row of teeth, just as you
would to brush the outside of the same teeth.5. Tilt your toothbrush at a 45 degree angle
to your gums and wiggle the brush on the bristle tips, working on just two teeth at a time,
for 5-10 seconds.6. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria that cause bad breath.7. Rinse
your mouth out with water.
